Got a doordash order to go to this Wendy's they said they had the person's food ready I went ahead and ordered a meal myself cuz I was hungry too as well they got my food first and other people's food in line told me to pull forward and wait for the DoorDash order after they just told me it was already ready and waited 15 minutes to get the door to ash order

Right before we got there to get our mobile order, the cook walked out and they still made our food fresh, good and in a timely manner! The guy at the drive thru was very nice! Props to the team, we have a new favorite Wendy’s.

Worst Wendy's ever was not busy at all and had no tables they were all dirty while the workers sat back on their phones the burgers were old my fries were green very very dirty

I just went through the drive-through. They couldn't get the order right. Had to wait for the spicy nuggets, and they were disgusting. The oil is old. No utensils with the loaded baked potato. Pathetic. Unfortunately, a typical Sevier County restaurant.

Visited this location with my family after a fun day at soaky Mountain. Decided to stop by for dinner before we drove home. I stood at the register in the dining room for 8 minutes before any one finally acknowledged me. Two separate employees looked at me multiple times without uttering a word to me. Eventually, a third employee told me that the only person able to take my order on the dining room register was a manager named Reece/Reese. He then informed me that Reece/Reese stepped out and he was not certain when he would return. He offered to gave my order taken at the drive thru window but I decided instead to leave and go somewhere else. Fairly disappointed in everyone aside from the 3rd employee that actually acknowledged that I was waiting and went to find the only manager that could take my order. Definitely sounds like a different process needs to be in place or you need to ensure that someone is able to take orders for the dining room if you plan to step away. Additional note: This was at 5:50p. It isn't like this was at 9p at night.

We did a mobile order about 10 mins before we arrived, was told our order was so large we needed to wait for them to finish and was told to pull up. We have 2 adult combos and 2 kids meals, I don’t think that merits as a larger order considering we were the only other customers there. We were asked to pull up and waited another 15 mins for the order to be brought out. In that time we saw one of the associates on the clock at the front counter vaping then proceeded to ring in a customers order, so he was obviously on the clock. When our order was brought out the guy was rude stating we pulled up too far and he assumed we drove off. The main meals were ok, but the fries tasted old. I have had better experiences at Wendy’s and will not return to this one. Be better.

At 11:20 p.m on Friday the 18th there was an oversized girl that was constantly on the phone texting when the line had over 10 cars behind me...the reason I know that cause when I arrived at the window she was constantly on the phone. When the guy got my food ready it stayed behind her on the table tell she went through her text answered the text and then she took an order then she got back on the phone then gave me my food...the worse fast food experience ever. Just dont go there the crew really sucks...hey manager get your team on chk or find another crew
The people working were nice and working hard, but the food.. the food was kinda gross. The fuego meal was trash my son got it and couldn't even eat it because the dust on the fries didn’t taste like takis (don'tbe fooled), the 5 dollar biggie bag, had horrible cheese sauce, like I love me some cheese but that was plain awful, the chicken sandwhiches were pretty decent. All in all, I wouldn't recommend. We fed 4 people for $40 and it wasn't worth it. If you like blowing money on stuff you don't actually like, then come on in this is your place to be!

They gave me crap..suppose to be 2 spicy chickens...they made me and my wife sick..I am 70 and wife is too and has alot of things wrong but a Miracle..I would never ever eat there again..The Health Dept needs to check into this place..I respected u all and u all failed me..I am a local man..u ought to be ashamed on what u did..I will be calling them..I have a picture of the crap that was on my chicken..I am so pissed..been sick most of day..might been the shakes too..thanks for nothing..shame shame..

This was not a nice Wendy's. It wasn't very clean. There was smoke in the dining room from something burning while cooking. The soda machine was out of many options. I do not recommend this place and will not be back, ever.

Fries were old and stale! The order was wrong! We had to wait 25 minutes for them to make our order, understandable because it was a large order, but they couldn’t even make fresh fries. The one burger they did get right was ok, nothing wrong with it, but their dedication to customer service and to provide a fresh food product was horrible. Will not go back there.
