In march of 24 before autumn renamed her business to gatlinburg gourmet it was willow bakery. Where i was blown away at the cake we tried for our wedding I was not impressed on the cake I got 2 weeks ago. She was literally decorating it the same day of my wedding. The cake was to be delivered at 1 and wasnt until after 4. What I ordered: oreo cupcakes with oreo frosting. What I got:: not very well frosted vanilla cupcakes. I ordered a 3 tier cake with a dummy middle. What I got was a 2 tier cake. Both layers were to be pink champagne with rasp mousse filling with white chocolate buttercream. The pix I attached is what I got. The bottom layer Italian cream which I didnt even order. She was hard to work with after we left tn in 24 up until 2 weeks prior to our wedding.
I am not saying she doesn't do good work but her cake wasnt and it was dry not moist and not well decorated. I asked for a new cake and cupcakes for what I paid for and got my money back instead. She voiced she is done making wedding cakes. She said she had a friend who made cheesecakes and I never got the contact. As we all know people from all over visit this area and I dont know why I was treated so poorly vs others. I am a cake decorated and didnt have the time to make my own wedding cake over 13hours from home.

Autumn is the absolute best, and her staff was amazing! We had a plated dinner for my intimate wedding in Sevierville. My guests and I talked about how delicious the food was all night. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you Gatlinburg Gourmet!

Autumn catered my daughter’s intimate 20 person wedding and did an excellent job. The food was amazing! Excellent attention to detail. She went above and beyond by supplying extra tables for us and all the table linens. Would highly recommend.

Our experience with Gatlinburg Gourmet was unfortunately not what we had hoped for on our wedding day. When the day arrived, we were surprised and stressed to learn that our event was not on their calendar. We only found this out, when we called them an hour after they were supposed to arrive. She was the first vendor I booked almost 7 months prior and my last communication with her was 2 weeks before the wedding to finalize all the details. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the importance of the meal on such a significant day.

To their credit, once the issue was discovered, they acted quickly. They showed up and did their best to piece together a meal on short notice, and their staff remained professional and courteous throughout. Unfortunately the food was subpar, half the serving size it should be, some cold, and not the exact menu we picked. We were supposed to get a 2 tiered homemade cheesecake, but due to the calendar over-site ended with frozen Sara Lee cheesecake. Autumn took full responsibility for the oversight, apologized sincerely, and reimbursed us for a portion of the cost.

While we appreciate the way they handled the situation after the fact, the experience did create unnecessary stress on a day that should have been seamless. I’m sharing this in hopes that additional steps will be taken to ensure this kind of scheduling error doesn’t happen again in the future. We truly wanted to be able to fully recommend this vendor, and wish things had gone differently. I was really looking forward to the menu we had picked out and was hoping to treat my guests for traveling to a destination wedding for us, but unfortunately felt disappointed and embarrassed about the meal. Wish you the best going forward!

Highly recommend Gatlinburg Gourmet!! Autumn and her lovely team catered our wedding and it was an amazing experience. Autumn was very attentive to details, truly looked after us as the couple, and made sure all of our guests (and their dietary restrictions) were taken care of! The food was delicious and all of my guests raved about how good everything was!

As a woman business owner myself, I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly. I understand the pressure of managing a business and want to see other women succeed. However, I feel compelled to share my experience because it deeply impacted our wedding day and the guests who traveled far to celebrate with us.

We hired this caterer nearly a year in advance, with a date change confirmed nine months prior. Despite multiple meetings and me expressing specific concerns, especially my fear of ending up without food, we were met with a series of unfortunate and unprofessional missteps that ultimately ruined a key part of our celebration.

The caterer arrived 2.5 hours late with none of the food we ordered, no hired help as promised, and a cake that looked nothing like what we had discussed. Worse, the cake was stale. The dishes and serving utensils she brought were visibly old and dirty, and she did not stay to clean up the venue afterward, despite this being agreed upon. Instead, we were left to clean and store her items ourselves, an added stress during what should have been a joyful time.

She later alluded to earlier weddings putting her behind, but at no point did she reach out to warn us of any delay or issue. Because our ceremony was held in a location with no cell service, we didn’t arrive back to the venue until 7:30 pm, in a small town where everything closes by 8pm. We will never get to reminisce about our wedding dinner, because there was none, and that’s a painful and heartbreaking memory.

To her credit, when asked, she did issue a full refund. But the damage was done. We were trying to give back to the people who showed up for us, and instead, we were left disappointed, embarrassed, and hurt on a day that should’ve been filled with nothing but love and joy.

Please think carefully before booking.

Autumn and her team were amazing to work with! They catered a wedding at our venue and went above and beyond with preparation and clean up! Teams like hers make our job so much easier and enjoyable.

Planned on getting a caterer for our wedding, met with them. Very nice people so we paid our almost 1000 dollar deposit. 2 months later we are sorting out final bills for the wedding, we don’t have the other 3000 or so to give her to to life being hectic, read through the contract. They can return the money if they so choose to. We explained our situation to them and they refused to give our deposit. Needless to say we still have guests to feed and now we’re a thousand dollars broker than we were before we tasted your food. Thanks Autumn.

Great catering! Would highly recommend!!! Service and staff was right on schedule and was informative throughout our whole wedding process. Tons of selections and great customer service! Would use again!!!!!!

I hired them to cater my Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing. Everything from the salad to the desserts was prepared well and had a lot of flavor. The turkey was cooked perfectly and was juicy, not dry. My guests had many compliments about the taste. Autumn and her staff did a great job. I will hire them again.

Autumn was incredible! She catered for our wedding in September and we had so many compliments on the food. It was delicious and beautifully plated. Her pricing is very reasonable for the quality food and service she provides. She also allowed a tasting prior to the wedding which was super helpful.
