Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

I called in then drove from work after them telling me it will be 20 minutes for my food I get there and pay for it (the drive from work took 30 minutes), then they start making it not when I called it in but when I walked in the door low expectations when you come to this one.....

Food and service is always great. However, the owners need to send in some maintenance men to fix the men's bathroom door. It does not lock and has not locked since being open. I would think some type of inspector would frown on this. In other words, if you go in to use the restroom or wash your hands someone else can just walk in on you. This is a 1 person restroom; not a multi person room.
Placed an order which we do regularly and had an issue with the order within minutes Raymond the manager called and was very apologetic and did everything he could to make it right. Wingstop is lucky to have him he went above and beyond.

We absolutely love this place, everything on the menu is very addictive! My wife and I eat here very often, and everyone is always very friendly. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Ray. Ray made sure to greet us and later checked in with us to make sure our food was perfect. It's so nice to see people who really appreciate their customers and when you can tell they love their job. We will definitely keep coming back.

I frequent this Wingstop in Sevierville but after recent experiences I will not be returning. Terrible place to eat. Terrible staff. Terrible service and food. Chicken under cooked, fries cluster together AND undercooked. Management Staff male and female coming out of bathroom together at night which may explain why nothing was done appropriately. Waited forever to get my order taken.
Watched as female manager that came out of bathroom with the male manager another night I was here, yelled in the face of multiple employees over the course of the hour I was inside waiting. Absolutely disgusting people, behavior, and quality.
