Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤
Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

We were the only people inside and had a group of kids but it seems like all the door dash orders was the fastest. I figured I'd get a bigger sandwich since the meal was all fries ...but the fries were good

Where can I begin, this place is a circus especially after 5pm, the amounts of times I’ve seen employees argue in front of customers and curse each other out in front kids and parents is ridiculous and for the manger to seat there and argue back and forth and show lack of leadership is extremely outrageous and inexcusable, the amounts of times I visited this restaurant and seen the behavior of certain, employees in there is unprofessional, if I could seat with some of the customers that experience what I seen, i guarantee you some of the employees and managers wouldn’t have a job.This place isn’t a place you would want to bring your kids to dine in. Should be closed down.
