Canceled order after an hour of waiting

The seasoned fries were great. The food was packaged well. That’s all that was good. The garlic parm tenders, however were some of the worst I’ve ever had. Literally tasted like someone sprayed chemical liquid butter on them & tossed some bland grated parm dust on them. They weren’t even well seasoned for that matter. I doubt I’ll return.

An order was placed online for 100 wings. The order was the worst wings I have ever had. They were over cooked and had to eat. When I contacted the company, I was given a whole $10 gift card when we spent $121. I still haven't received an apology.

They put priority for online orders, which is fine, but there’s a singular table inside it’s gonna be a 30 minute wait to do a Togo order?I’ve visited multiple wingstops, I hope this one can get it together, it seems it’s always an hour plus and staff just doesn’t know what they are doing, and are kinda rude.BUT the manager who was doing everything is an absolute PEACH! Sweet as can be!

We placed an online order at 10:45am to be picked up at 11:30! Got there at 11:25 and was told it would be a while?? Why? We had a pick up time of 11:30 it should have been ready by the time it specified! The boneless wings had great flavor but were the size of popcorn chicken which for the price was ridiculous! I will not go back to this particular wing stop because it was very slow and the chicken wings were so tiny! I would not recommend to others either!

Went today for the 1st time and it was amazing! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, cashier was polite and friendly. We went around 2:45 ish pm. Lots of phone, online and door dash orders going on, so I can completely understand a 20 minute wait which I'm going to touch base on that in a little bit because Mr. Harry B doesn't understand what goes on in a wingstop. They use only fresh chicken wings, not frozen not precooked and then reheated in a fryer and there's no hot holding drawer for them like Buffalo Wild Wings have so if your wings come out in 5 minutes or less they're not freshly made but if you like trash then go for it! Yes they may have 8 fryers but if you can't see in the kitchen then how could you possibly know that? Or the fact they don't wear gloves? As long as they wash their hands after touching raw chicken it's ok, and yes they will kick things on the floor out of the way so it doesn't create the potential for anyone to slip and fall. Let's be for real here, what do you honestly think goes on in kitchens you can't see in at all? The wait time will increase after so many orders because you can't mix raw with cooked. I like the wing flavors they have but everyone has their own opinion as to what is good and what isn't however just because I don't like the flavor I'm not going to slam their name that's just uncalled for. The dining room was clean as was the rest room, and honestly I think it's great they don't have trash cans, keeps the dining room cleaner. The wings were hot and slightly crispy, the fries were so hot I had to wait a few minutes to eat them and they're so good, you can always ask for less seasoning since they are heavily seasoned or ask for seasoning on the side. All in all if I could give them a 10 I would! Hopefully this explains why you may wait longer for your order however it's very much worth it!

I won't be coming back. We had three people in our order. At the time we ordered, there was one other table inside and it wasn't busy. We waited 40 minutes for one person's order to come out, then another 20 for my order to come out and another 10 for our third person's order to come out. My order was incorrect. I ordered boneless wings and they brought out bone in. Miraculously 30 seconds later, they brought out the correct order, but it was severely overcooked, room temperature at best, and more breading than chicken. They clearly gave me something that had been sitting out for a while. Sauce tasted okay but was minimal amount of it. The boneless wings were very small compared to other places that serve wings. I ordered 10 boneless wings and a side of blue cheese, and somehow it came out to $23. I will never waste my money or time here again.

I hate picking up orders from this store. Only after 3 months they were able to change the wrong label on Google map, despite the fact that I said about this on the second day after opening. Waiting time is 20-30 minutes even when there are few peopleupdToday I waited 35 minutes for them to say they lost my order.
