Food was okay, no seasoning on chicken salad, service was horrible. Not worth the money, has to remind them about our fries.

Pro: The food is really good. Con: The wait for the food to come out was about an hour after ordering and part of our meal had to be refired because it was not correct. If it was more efficient, this would be a great option. I don't know if it was a bad day for them or what.
Found this place by chance, and it was great! Had a burger and fries. Burger was great. My friend ordered a long island iced tea and the bartender got legit excited. Friend said it was one of the best made he's had.
Went back the next day to try some breakfast. The omelet was excellent!

Today was not a good day for The Blue Chair. I used to go there with friends a few years back, so I met my kids there for lunch. We seated ourselves outside. The kids were told to go from the lounge part to the other part to put in an order, and then told someone would come to our table outside. After watching the tables at the adjoining patio get waited on, I headed for the restroom and I asked if the waiter was coming to us next. He said he was not coming up and to just tell our orders, so I ordered our food and had everyone yell their orders down (from maybe 15-20 feet away).
The food eventually came, but no silverware. After waiting several minutes for that, my daughter went and found some.
Several bites in, my son started gagging. He spit out his food and there was something blue in it- a chip from the bowl! We asked for a new bowl and they said there would be a discount.
When the next “bowl” came out, maybe 20 minutes later, he started eating and then SPIT OUT A SCREW! I asked for the manager and was then told they were short staffed that day and that the woman bringing our food was in charge. I informed her about the screw and she made it clear she did NOT believe me. She said they don’t even have screws in the kitchen. She left, angry. I went back to our table.
She came back several minutes later and said she would cover our meals for the day, reiterating they were short staffed.
I thought about that screw all the way back to Nashville. What a weird day. The manager did say she hopes we will come back- but I think we all know that won’t happen.

It would have been enough to have great food but then the service was fantastic and they treated my dog like royalty. Will most DEFINITELY come back again.

The best part of this place is the very friendly waitress we've had twice in a row now. Their breakfast is delicious, especially their Tiger Bowls. They got that GOOD gravy, its so tasty.
Great food. Waitress was rude to us, friendly to regulars. As soon as we walked in, all I could smell was mildew. Gross

If you like charcoal this may be the place for you. All the food is over cooked and burned🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥. First we order the bacon wrapped figs and hummus. Bacon is very hard to mess up. as a matter of fact, there's only one way you can mess it up, You can burn it and they did. The hummus was ok but it has a strong lemon flavor, not my favorite but someone may like it. Let it be known that this was the only edible food offered. My wife ordered the black bean burger, it was black that is for sure. I ordered the classic patty melt and its was..... you guessed it charcoal black. I am not picky we really tried to eat it and we both got sick and vomited because of it. They do not clean the fryer and everything burns because of it. The service was forgettable as in they seemed to forget about us. Not bad but definitely, not good.
Everything tastes like greasy charcoal.

This quaint spot in a quiet college town in the mountains of TN, is an experience of color and character. We loved the Jackrabbit brews and the food was good. Excellent service too!

Had breakfast last Sunday morning. Service was almost non existent. My bacon was more raw than it was cooked. I didn't even take a bite. My husband's waffle was undercooked also but somewhat edible. Our server never came back to check on us after food arrived so I couldn't get my bacon cooked more. When telling him at checkout that I wanted the uneaten bacon removed from my bill, he just shrugged and said I'm sorry. He didn't remove the bacon from our bill. We had other negative observations but I won't bother writing them. It's just not worth my time.

Great friendly family-run, laid back atmosphere. Very welcoming to out of town visitors. There was a small problem with one meal and they took it off the bill without being asked. Everything otherwise was delicious.

Summer lunch on a Wednesday. Food was okay except for cheesesteak that had more char on bread and filling than I’m accustomed to. Also, men’s restroom did not have any hand soap. Yikes!

Took a chance one Saturday lunchtime & enjoyed our Reuben sandwiches so much, we changed plans to go back the next day for Breakfast! Highly recommend the Tiger Breakfast Bowl. Wonderful service, especially thanks to Whitney for being so welcoming! A great place with great service, we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Very busy night and appeared to be short staffed. However, the man and woman taking orders were friendly and apologetic. It took a while to place the order and then about 30 minutes to get our food. My burger had mayo, which I don't like, and told them I didn't want, but after I wiped it off, it wasn't bad.
