If you eat here, it is either a good visit or a bad one! Hit or miss..... We've went in before and ordered and had good service, expected wait time, and pretty good, hot food.....but, we have also went in and had horrible service, our food was cold not to mention the order was wrong, and that was not a good visit. This is how I figure out how your visit and food will be, toss a coin and call it for a good visit in the air. It truly has a pattern of a 50/50 shot of getting what you pay for!

Went to drive through. We were told a couple of items would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, an employee came out and stated a different item ordered, from the previous ones stated on delay, would take even a few MORE minutes. 35 MINUTES LATER I entered the establishment to see if we were forgotten. I heard the drive thru attendant laugh at the young male cook about how the rice was like soup. The young man walked right past me at the counter without acknowledgement or announcement of my presence to go to the restroom. The drive through attendant FINALLY came out with my food bagged. I told her I heard the laughing about the rice, checked it, and it was like soup and THEY SERVED IT ANYWAYS and STILL DIDN'T GET IT DONE PROPERLY AFTER 35+ MINUTES! The rest of the food, of course, had gotten cold. At that point I was HOT and just got my money back. No coupon for a free meal or apology from the manager, BIG LESSON missed there. I live close, and will spread the word to others around. Pathetic service, which sadly, seems to be a trend anymore, especially with the younger generation, til they can prove me wrong. My wife's Dr. Pepper, after leaving the premises, even turned out to be a diet soda...Wow! Do NOT go here, at least in the evenings 7 or later.

25 minutes after ordering I finally received my food. 3 customers already had food and left just after we ordered, 2 cars thru drive thru during the 25 min. wait and 1 walk-in. staffing was about 5 people in back, one at register. I have visited location about 6 times and it's been bad the last 5 times.

This is the best Bojangles on Chapman highway. They have always done good with their oil in the way that I can actually eat those bo-rounds. The others must be using old oil cuz I can't ever eat em, had to throw away an entire order of bo-rounds. but I never learn my lesson. Keep up the good oil work Seymour Bojangles.

I decided to stop around 9:50 pm to get some food, the website says the place closes at 10 pm. I did not plan on cooking tonight. I’ve been told they “dumped the food out already”. Very dissatisfied, will be reporting to a manager.

I come here every so often, the experience has been pretty bad all things considered.
My main gripe is that their sweet tea is always sour or gross in some way! Always having a bitter and old taste, like it's been left to stew in the fridge for weeks.
I don't know why I bother with this location anymore, they need to get their act together, unbelievable. Do better Bojangles.

Services is the worst if you go inside. Stood there for over 30 minutes and not one order was taken. If they help one inside customer to every 10 drive thur customers it would be a million times better. I walked out and my son waited another 25 minutes.
