Seems limited workers...little slow counter service. Food hot, fresh, tasty. Loved the steak biscuit with tater tots, coffee with vanilla creamer! 😋

We visited on Sunday 9/7. The manager working on drive thru was screaming at employees. She had no self control whatsoever.
I ordered a chicken filet biscuit. The chicken was very dry.
Not a pleasant experience
Decent food for DT. They listen to what you want better than the Chapman Knoxville location.

None of the employees were wearing gloves as they prepared the food. We saw that and left. Went to Bojangles in Sevierville.

7:30 in the morning biscuits were as hard as a rock hardly any egg on the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Also, the bow rounds were undercooked. It was the same way last time we were there. Awful food will never go there again. I guess that’s why nobody is in drive-through or in the restaurant to eat because the food is awful

Waited awhile to order. Guy behind us walked out. The employee making biscuits finally got a chance to take our order and we were served an incorrect meal (order was entered correctly). Asked to have the correct item and were handed 3 dry, overcooked strips. Had to ask for lids and biscuit guy had to come back again. Manager just yelled at employees and stared at us from the back. Biscuit guy finally got a break and held the door open 😊 Biscuit guy gets 5⭐

Barely any chicken on bones, fruit flies around the drink station 🤢 tea dispenser clearly needs to be cleaned, you can taste how it's not been cleaned, tea drinkers know.

This is the only Bojangles that ever gets my order right, but they never have mashed potatoes anymore. They're always out or have removed them from the menu, so I had to go KFC instead.

If you eat here, it is either a good visit or a bad one! Hit or miss..... We've went in before and ordered and had good service, expected wait time, and pretty good, hot food.....but, we have also went in and had horrible service, our food was cold not to mention the order was wrong, and that was not a good visit. This is how I figure out how your visit and food will be, toss a coin and call it for a good visit in the air. It truly has a pattern of a 50/50 shot of getting what you pay for!
