Went through the drive through last night and ordered 3 of the SpongeBob kids meals. I came home and all 3 kids did not have a toy. You can imagine how stressful 3 upset & crying small children were after working a 12 hour shift and just trying to get something fun and quick for them. I will NOT be returning to Burger King, it seems you cant get good service at any of them around here.

I’d give them less than one star if I could. Terrible food, terrible service, dirty. Waste of $. I’d never go back there. For the record it definitely wasn’t my idea to stop there for a quick breakfast. My foundation drink was flat. My croissant was crushed. Asked for salt and pepper and the guy grabbed it for me then turned around and started doing something totally forgot what he was doing lol. So I gave up and just left. Unfortunately Bojangles was out of biscuits so we have Burger King a try. I’d rather starve.

Good food always. Fresh and friendly staff. Whopper is why I always go with maybe a double. Contents on burger are always fresh and just cut.

The customer service is horrible. I was yelled at by the manager through the drive-thru speaker because I made a comment to my daughter " look how long the line is and they're out smoking" He proceeded to yell at me, stating, "we're not smoking. we're working we're really busy.
Maybe noon on a Saturday isn't the best time to have half the staff out by the back door smoking.
He then proceeded to say he doesn't like drive-thru customers because their impatient. This guy should definitely not be working in the service industry.

The Review

I have given this location several chances. The customer service is usually bad, but I just go with it. I recently had the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my entire life.
Not only will I not return to this location, but the entire experience has turned me away from Burger King entirely.
McDonald's is right across the street eat there instead.

We have literally been sitting in this damn drive thru for over 25minutes now. We have been sitting at the speaker specifically for at least 15 minutes with no vehicles in front of us. If this weren't the last place we were passing on our way to our sons football game, we would have been out of here already. This is just ridiculous. We can go sit down at a restaurant and get our food faster than this. Please get better qualified people to work.

Everytime we've been here the food is good and the service is quick! Tonight we were served by Donald and while we waited for our food to be finished he gave us crowns for the whole car and entertained us! He made it a very pleasant experience.
