Dining area and drink station was very dirty. 3 employees working drive thru and no one working front. One of employees from drive thru finally came over to take our order. When we got our order both our sandwiches were cold and greasey. Fries were hot but under cooked. We have visited this store numerous times and our experience is generally a lot better.

So you know I don't give fast food too much of a chance anymore I'm 50 years old. I remember when I went to Burger King McDonald's and all that stuff and I just thought it was best hamburger in town and I was probably wrong, but it was certainly a lot better but every year when I went to Burger King, I would only get the whopper then I would only get the double whopper then I would only get the double whopper and cheese another gluttony But before I learn about gluttony, it started tasting terrible so I've made it to where I never go by this goes by the Burger King unless I absolutely I'm starving have no other choice. I absolutely will not spend the money on a whopper. Even a whopper not a double whopper not with cheese or anything cause I know it's gonna be horrible. I have fries from there in like a decade I will only get the sandwich cause we know it's gonna be poor, and I found myself in a position where I actually need it. It's a 615. This power is not that's when food should be freshest. I'm sitting here eating this fry and I swear I've never had a fry like it. It's it's like jerky it taste like a french fry, but I have to rip it off with my head the burger now french fries I've seen where they could cook with fish and they taste like fish. These french fries don't have that but the burger does the burger taste like fish this restaurant doesn't deserve to sell food this restaurant should be shut down based on, I mean the french fries taste like jerky and the burger hamburger beef patty that taste like fish, so yeah my opinion is do not go there if I can give a -5 stars I would

Poor customer service and didn't make my food right and when I call get replaced the lady was rude and didn't replace my food I will never go this location again Seymour tn and this location always get my order wrong every time so I will not go back this

After first pulling up to this Burger King we saw the employees out back smoking( No big deal). Once they saw us pull up to the drive thru they began to walk inside. I didn't think anything of it so we all ordered our food and I ordered a Bacon Whopper. 30 minutes have passed and I am still trying to get the taste of cigarettes off of my mouth. I honestly wanted to throw my burger up because these workers apparently didn't wash their hands. After the past couple experiences with this Burger King it's been nothing but bad food and crappy management.
Came in about 4:30 in the afternoon it was over 95 degrees out and I got a chocolate milkshake and Cindy was great very polite and may very well be the best shake i have ever had
