Paid for a sandwich that was so burnt, it's inedible. I'm surprised they even let this out the door. I really dont want to leave a bad review but the last 3 times I've been there i feel like I'm just wasting my money. Ill go down the road to 434 where they actually care about giving good service. There are little to no standards here.

This location has gone so downhill. Your order is either burnt or just wrong. We go once a week and it's always the same thing, not an occasional issue. You all really need to get your act together.

I've been to this Dunkin multiple times, but I'm about to be done the white haired lady that works the drive thru CAN'T EVER get the order right .she will honey baby sugar you , because she continuously gets your order wrong. The coffee is burnt sometimes. I am done paying high prices for the wrong coffee!

It's usually pretty good. But today not so much. They were out of croissants and substituted biscuits. The biscuits are really awful. Ugh. It ruined our sandwiches. My husband threw his away and I did after a few bites.They left out one hash brown for which we paid. The coffee was real good as usual. It seems a little more expensive but today just wasn't worth the money.

I love it. But didn't realize they charge extra for flavor in coffee And how many pumps the individual wants to charge for. Tastes same but got charged different each time. Shows on receipt how many. Glad I looked. Will not be going anymore. Sad they charge extra

The employees did not know what a cappuccino was. I ordered a cappuccino iced, and they gave me an iced latte and when I was trying to explain the difference, they kept telling me I was wrong. Then they informed me that their blender was broken, but they did not tell me this before I paid for cappuccino, which is more expensive than an iced latte lol. Used to be a manager at Duncan so I was kind of giggling at the whole thing because a cappuccino is a very common item at Dunkin’ Donuts

your hours are 5am-9pm but when i come at 5pm (4 hours before yall close) you tell me you only have 7 or so donuts left?? i am very confused on what you’re gonna sell for the next 4 hours you’re open…..don’t hate…just a pregnant woman wanting dunkin. smh so disappointing
