12/24/25: just left drive thru at 11:10am. I bought a large cream and sugar coffee and paid with a $20. The person at window stated I paid with a $10 and then totally ignored me. I told the nice young man that handed me my coffee to tell her that when register is $10 over..merry Christmas. Totally rude customer service. I will be reporting her and be taking my business to DUTCH BROS which is only a couple miles away...FYI, DUTCH BROS ARE EXCELLENT, BOTH SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

This is a great location for several reason; great staff, great food BUT I have to leave this 5 star review based on an interaction I just witnessed.
The staff dealt with an elderly gentleman with HEINOUS behavior so well. He would not let up on being absolutely awful to deal with, but the entire staff stayed calm and professional. It was hard for me to hold back a smart remark, so I can’t imagine how they felt. 10/10 customer service. Thank you all!
