The slowest Dunkin known to man… I don’t get it, everytime I come there is no one in line and there drive thru person takes forever then the wait for everything takes forever, they all just standing around lazy.

Paid for a sandwich that was so burnt, it's inedible. I'm surprised they even let this out the door. I really dont want to leave a bad review but the last 3 times I've been there i feel like I'm just wasting my money. Ill go down the road to 434 where they actually care about giving good service. There are little to no standards here.
This location has gone so downhill. Your order is either burnt or just wrong. We go once a week and it's always the same thing, not an occasional issue. You all really need to get your act together.

I've been to this Dunkin multiple times, but I'm about to be done the white haired lady that works the drive thru CAN'T EVER get the order right .she will honey baby sugar you , because she continuously gets your order wrong. The coffee is burnt sometimes. I am done paying high prices for the wrong coffee!

It's usually pretty good. But today not so much. They were out of croissants and substituted biscuits. The biscuits are really awful. Ugh. It ruined our sandwiches. My husband threw his away and I did after a few bites.They left out one hash brown for which we paid. The coffee was real good as usual. It seems a little more expensive but today just wasn't worth the money.
