Jackie is AMAZING! She’s the GM and she’s absolutely fantastic at her job. She’s very kind, and very on top of things. I recently went through for 2 shots of espresso(to add my protein shake to) and asked for a cup with ice and she was so quick to get it and offer me a straw. Highly recommend this location.

A lot of the times I know people let the bad experiences over-shadow the good. But honestly, subpar drink flavor or not, this dunkin staff has always taken care of me and been so so kind. Honestly, I can’t say how much I appreciate the small things we can do for each other, like making a point to treat me with such kindness and going above and beyond every work day. I don’t always have cash on hand, but when I do, the tip jar is where it goes, and since I’ve been empty handed, i felt a review might be in order just to say thank you so much to those serving us behind the counter. It doesn’t go unnoticed.<3

Use to love this dunks, but for a while now I never get the right order or they make my coffee wrong. Probably the last time I will come to this one. It dose not matter if there’s one car ahead of you or 6 be prepared too wait at least 20 minutes. Get some new workers!

This Duncan's was my go to spot every morning on my way to work but after yesterday we will never go back. My autistic grown son asked a question to the drive thru attendant and, i am guessing the manager, interrupted and made a rude comment then proceeded to make snide comments with attitude, at least turn your mic off before berating a customer and making fun of them! As a long time store manager myself i was shocked by this woman's rudeness, great way to be a role model and leader lady and by the way, learn how to make biscuits without burning them and serving cold and hard.
Everytime I go to this location I have to sit while they do one order at a time. I’ve been a barista, it’s not hard to do multiple drinks at a time. The customer service is always lacking and at least 3-4 people are standing around doing absolutely nothing, which is why I assume it always goes one car at a time. Absolutely ridiculous. If y’all want someone who can run circles around your entire crew hit me up.

Please keep in mind that this Location has only been open for a few days now. Only one person helping customers at the counter with a hugh amount of staff. There was a line of people waiting to be waited on.Inside - Clean and organized.Select - Disappointed in the donut selection. You would think, a donut place, would have a large selection of (guess what) donuts.Best Donut - Chocolate CreamVanilla CreamSuggestions - Have more people helping out at the inside counter. Have more filled donuts. Possibly strawberry filled. (Not talking jelly filled)Parking: Extremely busy with very little parking. In some instances, people had to wait for an empty spot.
