Placed and online order waited for it to be ready inside and finally they informed me that they dont have any crispy breast only original so I asked if I could just cancel the order and worker said have to do in app not there so I finally said ill just take the 3 breast in the original and he packed it up and I asked to be sure it the breast because we don't eat the dark meat and he said yes it white meat but original I said ok and got food and left . I got home to find out NO BREAST ONLY LEGS AND WINGS . SO I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES SO I COULD SEE IF DROVE BACK WOULD THEY HAVE THE BREAST AND NO ANSWER AND NO WAY TO REACH A MANAGER. I PROMISE I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER TO TRU AND

The bathroom needed to be cleaned very badly. If the bathroom are a reflection of the cleanliness we are in trouble.

I ordered the (HOT WINGS honey BBQ WING COMBO) & CHICKEN POT PIE.It did not look like or taste like honey BBQ wings compared to other locations and the chicken looks over cooked.i asked the cashier was this the honey BBQ wings because it doesn't look or taste the same as other locations, but was told she dipped it in the sauce. I don't see myself going back to this location because they have a quality control issues with there chicken and an attitude problem with service.If you want fresh chicken and better honey BBQ wings, you need to go to the KFC in Maryville Tennessee. My issues is that all KFC should have the same standards at all there locations,and all there foods should be cooked and prepped the same way with the same quality control and standards.They need to hire people that want to be there and actually care about how they do there jobs and care about what foods are being sent out to there customers. The other issues I have is how sticky the inside sitting areas are and the bathrooms are not cleaned and we'll kept. It's sad because this is a newer location!! I should have gotten my money back and just left. Beware and avoid this location!

I felt the Atmosphere was poor due to the fact of the roof was leaking in several areas of the dining area to which I believe is a serious health code violation and the floors had standing water witch made a very hazards environment

Pretty upset right now. I was told I had to order what I wanted online cuz it was an online order only. So I said okay that's what I'll do and I pulled over into a parking spot. Ordered my food. Waited for it to say that it was ready. Took the 30 seconds. It took me to drive around the building for the guy to tell me. I had to pull ahead and wait because they gave my food to someone else that needed it. So instead of taking a quick 5-minute trip from my house, I've now been sitting here for 20 minutes and still waiting. If I hadn't ordered online and already paid for it, I would have left already.
