Pretty upset right now. I was told I had to order what I wanted online cuz it was an online order only. So I said okay that's what I'll do and I pulled over into a parking spot. Ordered my food. Waited for it to say that it was ready. Took the 30 seconds. It took me to drive around the building for the guy to tell me. I had to pull ahead and wait because they gave my food to someone else that needed it. So instead of taking a quick 5-minute trip from my house, I've now been sitting here for 20 minutes and still waiting. If I hadn't ordered online and already paid for it, I would have left already.

Went one evening around 645. Was told they close at 7 so they couldnt give me but 7 nuggets, and i would have to order tenders instead and they only had 6 of those. .....so i ordered the 7 nuggets...and the tenders, and paid extra only to get 7 tenders, and no nuggies. 7p.m on a Thursday....yeah no drive to Sevierville or Knoxville these guys dont have the best customer service.

Joey working the drive thru last night 6:20pm on 1/31 had some of the best customer service skills. very friendly, very apologetic of the wait. stayed calm and collect despite the probable stressful situation of the long line that occurred. 10/10 on his customer service skills!

Just ate there today for the first time in over a year. The food was really good and the service was great. Got a fried chicken meal. The breading was really good, not too greasy. The place was very clean. Joey, the employee that served us was very helpful with the menu since I hadn't been there in so long and attentive to anything else we needed, it was a cheerful experience. Great service from everyone. Will definitely eat here again soon. Friendly pleasant atmosphere and good food. Highly recommend.

Went to Seymour KFC Sunday evening. Chicken was dry , coating was soggy. The chicken had obviously been sitting too long it is a shame there is not better quality control at this location.
