Ordered a chicken pot pie. When I opened it as I was driving down the road realized the biggest part of the crust except around the edges was raw, don't tell me they did not see this and there was three pieces of chicken in the entire pie should have called it cream of chicken pie

After hearing how amazing their new fries were, we decided to grab an order to snack on. We paid $4 for cold, inedible fries that we trashed. No idea if they're any good when they're fresh. The fact that they have no shame serving that mess up tells me this location is no different from any other terribly ran YUM brand establishment of which KFCs worldwide seem to be the worst.

I was expecting the typical bucket of chicken but did not want the bottom to be full of grease. The pieces on the bottom were soaking in the grease. It was gross looking.

The chicken was very greasy. When ordering, I asked for no thighs but got 2 anyway. They need to pay attention to the customers orders.

I felt bad because I came in five minutes before close. I thought they closed at 10. Not 9. They were pretty much already cleaned up, but made sure I got food. Very nice group and they definitely took care to care for me.

Did an order on the app for quick pick up. When I arrived for my order at the scheduled time, was told my food would be another 10+ minutes because the drive thru orders were priority over a scheduled pick up order. Will NOT do this again
