I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a spiderman cupcake cake for my son's 4th birthday. When I arrived the baker was gone. Another worker got my cake and it was a basic white number 4. I asked why it wasn't spiderman. I also asked if she could fix it because it clearly said on my order form. They said they didn't have the stuff. And on top of that it wasn't even the right flavor. Idk who the baker is but what an awful job. If you don't have the stuff don't sell it or train your employees better.

Shelf label sale prices ring up full price, has happened to me the last 4 times I shopped there. Employees are not helpful when you ask for assistance finding an item. The closeness of the store no longer makes up for the bad service and false sale prices.

With all that is going on they are the rudest people right now. Learn some manners and compassion for people especially people with LARGE legitimate families. Shame on you people!! Yea and since you wouldn’t get a manager or answer your phone that just showed me you as a management team do not care about your customers.
