they are rude an the buns are no good an they never get stuff right an my brother was walking stoped to charge his phone for a few an they called the cops on him he would bought a drink food anything if he had not got robbed they might need to go a soft heart for people what if it was one of there family members

Just went through drive through and was VERY SATISFIED with the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY MICHAEL! Very friendly fast paste and treats every customer the way anyone would want to be treated in a business.. Great job bro keep up the good work need more people like you!

2nd generation Krystal lover here. My mother used to work for the company....and I did as well as a teenager. We don't have any Krystals here in Kentucky (y'all really need to get on that btw).

We got to this location at 9:40 pm this evening. The "shift leader" as she called herself was completely rude and unprofessional. She was very unhelpful with helping us to understand the price of what we were trying to order and acted like we were bothering her. Then she tried arguing with us about what we were ordering as far as what was on THEIR menu and what she believed to be right. Well guess what, what is on YOUR menu, is what you honor. If it's not right, that's on you, not me. I took a picture of what the menu said and showed it to her and she still wanted to argue. Well that's okay. Because we also contacted your higher ups. Your customer service skills are completely lacking. And whomever she was does NOT deserve to be in ANY position of management if she cant handle it. Which she said herself she can't. If she needs a different manager to hold her hand she needs to let someone else be in charge.

Got the 24 pack of cheese Krystals today and chili cheese pups and all was fresh and delicious and 2 large fries that was fresh thanks Krystals
Slow on getting our food, the inside of the restaurant & ladies bathroom was dirty. Definitely won't be the first place I pick to eat at when I'm in that area again & I wouldn't recommend to anyone to eat there. ??
