Order a 1/4 without cheese and when I got home it had cheese on it. It said no cheese on receipt and box.

This is by far the slowest McDonald’s ever!!! I ordered a biscuit and a Hi-C. I gave up waiting and just walked out with my Hi-C after about 20 minutes.

Food orders are slow and usually wrong.Drive thru is a joke on a good day.I just waisted 40 dollars because many of my items were missing when I got home from drivethru.By the time I got back and got my food the rest was cold and my big Mac didn't even have sauce on it.Worst restaurant in seymour and will not go back and will tell everyone I know not to go either.You need to close.

This establishment is full of people who can’t read and can’t follow simple direction on how to make the customer food. This place is also full of lazy workers who can’t simply switch out sweet tea when it’s empty rather they’ll give you unsweet tea even though you paid for sweetie tea, and then do nothing about it to fix the problem

This McDonald’s has went to crap. The service is lousy and it takes forever to get your food and when you get your food it is always wrong. It takes forever to get through the drive thru and the workers are always so rude and have no manners.

It's McDonald's... Fast food... But our sandwiches were not even fully put together nor were the paper wrappers closed/folded so essentially we had 3 different breakfast sandwiches just tossed in a bag unwrapped. It was a mess but we were in rush and couldn't go back. Canadian Bacon from egg McMuffin was not cooked/cold.
Eggs all over bag. Onions from steak egg and cheese were all over everything

Great bkfst. Only one issue. I ended up with lg Dr. Pepper instead of lg Diet Coke. Couldnt drink Dr Pepper because of diabetes and didnt have time to go back and exchange. But , I eat there every morning while I am in Murfreesboro.

Why do have a sign saying open late, but you don't want to work?! My first time at this location! I pulled up to drive thru just to be told would be a 30 min wait. There was no one in line or in drive thru! Be better ! Do better!!

Could be the reason I may never visit another McDonald's. Service was incredibly slow like nothing I've ever seen. Apparently theres no management as the worker (once they finally showed at the counter) appeared dazed and confused. Unbelievable
