Normally if you get a quarter pound of cheese or a Big Mac or 10 piece of chicken nuggets you get one free. That's what it says on the app. I was very blessed to get a quarter pound cheese plus 10 piece chicken nuggets but I had a problem with the sandwich. The meat was not cooked enough.

It was sorta late when i came in around 10. I wasn't greeted immediately but the manager seen that and hussled up front to greet me. All i got was a Happy meal hamburger ketchup only. It was served up really quick and the food was hot. Good job guys.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

The staff was nice, and the place was clean. I really liked how salty the French fries were. The 4 piece I got was also pretty tasty. However, the Big Mac was haphazardly thrown together and in a totally unexpected and messy way. I would go back for fries and nuggets , but would refrain from ordering the Big Mac. Also you can enter through a back entrance if you’re coming from the direction that causes you to have to cut across two busy lanes of traffic. That is definitely a great idea.
There open lights on workers sitting outside and wouldn’t come to the drive thru to take any orders. Pulled around 2 times with no service.

Monday, January 29, 2024. My husband picked up McDonald's for us at about 7:45 am this morning and brought it home. There was a bit of a wait time because of fresh coffee being made. Not! As it turns out, the pancakes were hard and cold, sausage, and coffee were cold. The hash brown was left out. When I threw everything out, inside the bottom of the coffee cup was covered in coffee grounds. I'm a senior. If I knew how to upload the picture, I would just show how disgusting it was. I don't know who owns this place or who the manager is, but you need to make some big changes. Employees need to shower, brush their hair, and at least wear clean clothes. Customers need to be given a receipt automatically so they can return nasty food like this. What a waste of money. You may want to send your managers and employees to Chick-fil-A to learn how to treat customers, serve better and clean food, and improve body-hygiene. And this is not sarcasm. It's the truth.

the customer service was so rude, and they wouldn't close their mouths while talking. when I asked for my sandwich fresh politely, they gave it back to me reheated. the rest of the food was horrible, and when I went back to explain to the manager that my food was stale and cold, he just stared at me and was incredibly rude. when I finally got my food fresh and good, he shouted out 'your foods done!' instead of calling out my order name or just simply coming up to me. also, when I gave them the bag of the horrible food, he took it and brought it back with him. I didn't see him throw it away, even though the trash can was right there.
