Mountain View Family Medicine

I've been a patient at the Seymour office for roughly 15 years. When I needed help and called for an appointment I was told that since I hadn't been there in 3 years I would be considered a new patient and they weren't accepting new patients. I stayed away during the whole Covid debacle and I had my reasons. So they dumped me. This has put me in a terrible position. I had to find a new doctor, pick up a new patient packet, take it home and fill out, return it to the doctor's office, then I have to wait for them to get my medical records. Once they have the records I have to wait for an appointment and then finally get a referral to a pain specialist. I did go to urgent care (an additional expence) who prescribed a pain medication that barely put a dent in my pain! So, meanwhile I suffer.

The best place for Primary care. Family medicine. I love working here and Dr Hall and Tom Shirley are just the best. I am blessed to work with them and the rest of the family. Every co worker I work with is awesome. They treat there patients and employees like family. Truly care about you.

The treatment center is great! The doctors and nurses are very helpful, professional, knowledgeable. No issue here.The problem here is the front desk employees.

Very friendly and helpful. Really care about patient safety, very conscientious about having a sterile environment.
