I live close to this Sonic, and as much as I hate to say it, it's always something. I sat today for almost 10 minutes with the red order light blinking before someone came on the intercom to say they were doing drive-thru only. After going through the drive-thru and waiting more the hamburger I ordered was wrong (not sure how you mess up a "plain hamburger, just meat and bread," but it was.) The visit before that was 1/2 cooked chicken with as long a wait. The time before that a another messed up plain hamburger. My spouse and I love Sonic, but we've almost stopped eating there altogether because of this particular store. Recommended either going to the stores in Knoxville or Sevierville.

Tuesday, September 24, 2024. From 5:17pm until 5:23pm. Name of carhop on the receipt is Patsy. No other cars in drive-thru. And yet it took 3 minutes before anyone asked to take my order. It's almost as if the crew inside of the store are waiting for customers to give up at the drive-thru speaker for an acknowledgement and simply leave. All I ordered was a large Coke. No thank you for waiting. No price total given. No drive around to the window. Just complete silence. Realizing after a minute that I wasn't going to get a response I eventually drove around to the window. Waited a couple of more minutes for a woman in a brimmed hat to come to the window and tell me that it would be $2.95. I give her my card. Then it took another long while before she handed me my drink and card back --- without saying anything --- and then she shut the window. No thank you. No have a nice day. No come again. Just more silence. Geez, Sonic in Seymour. I will never bother your crew as a customer ever again. I promise.

People there cannot work fast food at all. Takes 40min just to go through the line. Only got ice cream and had to wait 40min and they had it sitting on the counter for 25min of it. Was pretty much melted when I got it. Terrible place

$15 for two shakes that were not mixed throughly and was basically the thickness of icecream. Could not drink it at all.

Just left the airport, and stopped in at this Seymour location. When the lady brought our food she first handed me my drink. The lid wasn’t on good and it spilt. Got it wiped up. Then started getting all the food out. My hotdog was completely black and looked to be old. The people preparing the food should know better than to serve that. Anyways I ordered a new one. It came out quickly but when I went to hand the bad one back she said o I can’t take that back it’s a health code violation. I’m sorry do what? It’s a health code violation to remove poor quality food that was served to a customer and throw it in the trash? No ma’am it’s not. This place is poorly educated. Do better

Food was nasty. Just tasted terrible. Along with our food was about 20 packs of old ketchup. They were all sticky and sticking together. They must’ve just wanted to get rid of them. We had to throw them out. Never again. ?
Stopped in for a quick shake and sundae. Pulled up, placed the order, and our items were soon delivered shortly after. We enjoyed our ice cream treats!

This location is an absolute nightmare for a DoorDash driver. Every single time I have to come here it takes forever to get the order filled. This is the slowest most incompetent fast food restaurant in Seymour.
