Everytime we visit this location, the employees are rude and act as if customers are inconveniencing them. Have been here numerous times and employees would be on their phones, halfway paying attention to anything. Went tonight and ordered 2 drinks, literally had caramel and whip cream running down the cups, total MESS. When asked if they could be cleaned off, they instructed that I could do it myself... that didn't turn out well.
Hopefully they can either be retrained...read full review
