If you ask a question they will literally just put that on your table and push you through the line one way or another you're going to get one thing that you don't want and they're going to literally find a way to make the thing that is definitely not the thing you want sound like that's what you asked for. Even when trying to ask questions to clarify they never help. It's happened to me numerous times I know I'm not the only one.

Unlike some of the reviews I dont find the customer service so appalling. It’s perfectly average, no complaints.
My problem is with the drinks. Sadly it always seems as if the baristas have not been trained adequately or at all. Drinks are too inconsistent. Just getting an iced coffee is usually okay, but any sort of espresso mixed drink is a hit or miss.
Always seems like there’s new faces there too, so maybe they can’t keep people long enough to train them appropriately.

This location at Chapman Highway is awful. The drinks are never consistent. The staff is incredibly rude and it takes forever to get your order while being treated like garbage.

The food quality is absolutely nothing to brag about you could go by a microwavable sausage and biscuit out of the frozen food section and it would probably be of better quality poor store and poor management won't be back ever

We stopped to get some coffee on our way home from Dollywood. Seriously the nicest Starbucks experience ever. It is a Starbucks in a grocery store but the ladies working were super friendly!
