We stopped to get some coffee on our way home from Dollywood. Seriously the nicest Starbucks experience ever. It is a Starbucks in a grocery store but the ladies working were super friendly!
Excellent service! Very friendly staff. We are traveling home after a few days in the Smokies and desperately need coffee for the long drive ahead of us. The service was quick, our drinks were perfect and the staff was friendly.

My problem is with the drinks. Sadly it always seems as if the baristas have not been trained adequately or at all. Drinks are too inconsistent. Just getting an iced coffee is usually okay, but any sort of espresso mixed drink is a hit or miss.
Always seems like there’s new faces there too, so maybe they can’t keep people...
