The two young ladies did amazing. They were very friendly, and our sandwiches were made perfectly!! It’s not very often you see younger people with such amazing customer service skills but these two definitely do!!

Make that a 0 star! Placed an online order at 8:10 said it would be ready at 8:45. Got there at 8:50 to the 2 employees goofing off . My husband stood there for 10 more minutes before they even attempt to start making them meanwhile they keep goofing off. Then the girl with pink hair turns around and says ooh we can't heat this we turned the oven off because we close soon even though we placed the order at 8:10pm and they waited till 9:00pm to even start. The male employee was telling a female that was hanging out with him that he was the manager yet he didn't even know what our order was. So then we say forget it give our money back and we will take our business elsewhere and he doesn't even know what we ordered. We used a coupon buy 2 get 1 free and he gave us the money back in cash for all three. Wow. Not to good of a manger there! I will not be back to this subway. This has got to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. We asked for manager contact and they refused to give it to us. So manger/owner watch your videos from 8:50pm to 9:20pm on 5/15/2025 and you will see for yourself how your employees acted with a customer standing there waiting for an order that was not even started by the time it was supposed to be ready. The girl with pink hair was even grabbing in the male employees pocket talking about taking his tip money and then touching our food. I rarely make negative reviews but I still can't believe they treated customers that way. Let me add that there was no other customers in there except 'the managers' girlfriend that left after he decided to go behind the counter and start our order.

I was unable to use the front door because of a maintenance worker on a ladder. I went through the drive through. The blonde female that took my order was rude and obnoxious. She continued to be very abrupt and abrasive at the window.

This store needs genuine help from hire up management, or corporation. Store ran by kids- and shouldn't be. Needs to be a manager two workers at all times otherwise it'll continue to get worse. Lack of work ethic, discipline, and actual service.

Worst experience, kids running the store, no one answers the phone? I came in and was overcharged. Bought 3 meals and 1 extra cookie each but never got the extra cookies I paid almost 60 for 3 meals

I have absolutely no idea how this store is still in business, and I don’t understand why nothing is being done about the terrible service at this franchise. Do you even read your reviews?? My wife and I have eaten here 3 times in the past year, and our orders have been incorrect, and barely edible. Why did we come back? I don’t know, but save your money, and go somewhere else to eat. $27 for 2 sandwiches that weren’t only prepared terribly, but again, were difficult to stomach. You might as well be eating a sopping wet paper bag, and you’re going to end up with food poisoning or e.coli. The level of incompetence expressed through the incorrectness of every order needs to be corrected, or this place needs to be shut down.

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION. OVER THE PAST MONTH AND A HALF. I HAVE WENT 4 TIMES. ALL 4 TIMES NO ONE ANSWERWD ME AT THE DRIVE THRU. I PULLED UP AND NO ONE HAS HEAD PHONES ON. 2 OUT OF 4 TIMES EITHER THEIR TOASTER IS DOWN AND BOTH TOASTER AND HEATER IS DOWN. I CANT EVEN USE MY PHONE TO SCAN MY REWARDS BECAUSE THEIR SCANNER IS ALWAYS JACKED UP, THIS SCANNER HAS HAD ISSUES FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND WHY HASNT IT BEEN FIXED? GO TODAY WAIT AT THE DRIVE THRU FOR 5 MINUTES I PULL UP THEY SAY THEY 3 ONLINE ORDERS IN FRONT OF ME AND IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE THEY CAN TAKE MY ORDER AND WAS ALSO TOLD THEIR TOASTER IS DOWN ONCE AGAIN. BTW NO ONE HAD HEAD PHONES ON AGAIN TO TAKE A DRIVE THRU ORDER. IF THEIR DRIVE THRU MIC IS DOWN THEY SHOULD POST SIGNS AT THE SIGN. WHOEVER THE GM IS FOR THIS LOCATION IS DOING A TERRIBLE JOB AND IM SAYING THAT AS NICELY AS POSSIBLE. STEP IT UP! YOU'RE THE ONLY SUBWAY LOCATION AT A REASONABLY DISTANCE!

The parking lot was solid ice. There's been no attempt to clear it. Service was difficult because the employee was washing dishes instead of helping customers. I had a Philly Cheesesteak. It was almost edible, at best.

Worst customer service when it comes to their drive thru!! You can sit at the menu to order for an hour they will never say anything and if you pull up to the window to order they give you major attitude! If you can't handle having drive thru service then don't offer it!

My wife went in there with a coupon that was in date and had just been mailed to us. They told us they would not honor the coupon because it’s too much of a discount…whatever that means…they printed the coupon so I am still confused … So my wife, being a bigger person than I am, paid for the food at full price. Once she received the food, It was old and stale…I guess we know why Subway is going bankrupt… Not only should you not go to this subway but I hope to God someone who matters sees this review and goes and fixes all the stuff wrong with that business…rude employees who legit just make it up as they go. So piss poor.
