The Help is Pitiful! 3 girls behind the counter. We were rushed by them to cash out. We had our 83 year old father with us who wanted to be the one to pay. The staff was rude and hurried. They would not let us use the Buy one get one free coupon. He still insisted on tipping them 20%. I went back and showed the ad and the Google ad to no avail. To me, I don't use coupons much, but he does, and it was important to him, and he insisted on paying. So, it was just a big letdown for me to see such petty arrogance and unnecessary impatience. The tables were not particularly clean, but it seems to be a do it yourself area.

This location always lies about being out of meatballs. If that were true the manager should have been fired a long time ago. The truth is they are too lazy to do their job and warm up more. "We deserve $15 an hour" This has happened to me 5 times now and I will never order here again. Order online and they call and say "we are out of meatballs" take your money and if you are lucky you will get it back in a week or so.

Had a coupon for two free sandwiches, the basement dwelling neckbeard told my fiance only meat, cheese (had to be American), no veggies unless they were lettuce tomato, and no sauce allowed (mayo, mustard, none of it) and was extremely rude to boot. Screw this place, if they can't even make a free sandwich good...I sure as hell am not PAYING for one, ill never go to this pos place again

Went to pick my food up the I was very polite and said thank you but the worker didn’t know how to say it back. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted which it wasn’t. There was supposed to be cheese there wasn’t. Mind you this is not the first encounter I went there the day before to order pizza they was going to make me the pizza but had no boxes for it. Like come on guys do a little better people are Choosing to spend their money here and this is what it turns to. Just do better and train your worker better.

They make the best subways in the world right there at Seymour location . I used my app buy one get one free .Parking: Parking is at ground level easy to go in and out with a wheelchair.

I would give no stars if it would let me I ordered a steak and cheese with just steak and cheese and I got peppers and onions wrapped in bread. A turkey sandwich with what looked like a gram of turkey and onions if I wanted to eat bread an onion for dinner that's what I would have ordered. Very poor quality very poor portion and very poor food over all do not eat here don't waste your money I threw 30 dollars away with this place...

This is the worse place to eat in Tennessee they don't have clue how to make a sandwich and the manager should be fired immediately I will be reporting this store to the health department with pictures cross contamination to say the least and bet I will be filing with the better business bureau Monday morning don't plan to see the store open for long I got enough factual information to see the management and health codes of this store will be changing immediately

New staff would turn this place around. Matter fact new management would help even more. Cutting boards and utensils shouldn’t be in the back sink two hours before closing because they are in a rush and using the same nasty knifes to cut sandwiches ?It’s subway eat fresh and customize the sandwiches however I want it, well why was it such a big deal to have double of a meat my sandwich already comes with ? Cause that’s what I asked for then was told by the girl making my sub that she wouldn’t be able to fil my request cause she would have to charge me differently, I told her don’t worry about it just leave off the meat I don’t wish to have and could you believe this young kid has the audacity to charge me whatever she felt like charging me to make the price of my sub to her liking and then it really upsets me that the machine asked for a tip as if the workers did anything to deserve a tip they don’t deserve the hourly pay that they’re there to collect if it’s so hard to take care of customers find a job that doesn’t involve customer service problem solved for everybody- hoping to see people who actually want to do their jobs during my next visit - THE SUBWAY IN WALMART ON CHAPMAN HWY IS BETTER

(I wouldn’t give 1 star after tonight.)We ordered subway tonight and this is the 2nd time none of our subs were toasted. After selecting “toasted” I made sure to also put in the special comment box in all CAPS to please double toast all subs, the tea wasn’t sweet, one of our subs didn’t have cheese on it and another had onions on it.We ordered 4 cookies and 2 bags of chips but were short a cookie. Now I don’t know who is managing this place in the evenings but they really need to get it together otherwise this location is going to go further down hill.“Customer service and Order Accuracy” would go ALONG WAY!!
