I just had three potatoes burritos this morning. They were cooked correctly and very tasty. The service was great and the atmosphere was also very nice with a tv and an excellent view! I will definitely be back. 92

I went to Taco Bell around 8:40 on Sunday night and decided to go into the restaurant due to the long drive-through line. When I arrived there were two people at the counter. One left shortly after I arrived and the other waited a couple more minutes before she was assisted. The employee assisted the person in front of me and then left me standing there. Recognizing they were busy, I patiently waited to be helped. After about 5 minutes, the original lady in front of me plus two more customers after me were waiting. A gruff employee walked up and said if I wanted to order, I needed to use the kiosk.
The young man behind me was dining in with friends and said he had been waiting for over 10 minutes for his order and all his friends had already received their orders.
At that point I realized it was futile to expect anything more than poor service and potentially poor food so I left.

Got a Taco Bell Grande...I get home and there is literally.... A bowl of chips...1teaspoon of meat. Maybe... just maybe...3 chopped tomatoes and 1 squirt of sour cream! What's with that? Come on Taco Bell..stop being so darn cheap on the fillings. At least give us something that has a little taste besides the chips! Something that's worth the money I paid for!!!

Orders have been mostly accurate, but this particular Taco Bell is so SLOW, there is always a line in the drive thru. It could be a week day or a week end. No difference.

Usually like this one, but food and service quality has diminished greatly. Just came from there, ordered to go, and I'm sorry but I thought the crunchwrap supreme was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc... mine was meat and cheese only and very little of that. 😒
They were understaffed and got everything in our order wrong. They need to get help asap

Doors closed at 8pm for a pick up order. Had to sit in drive thru line for 30 minutes to pick it up. Pay your employees good money so you and the people of Seymour TN can have a great taco without the wait.
