Picture this, you’re the only car in the drive thru, they take your order then ask you to wait there. You wait for 5-10 minutes at the speaker before they tell you to pull forward. You get to the window, they give you the completely wrong food. Not one single item right. Not sure how you can mess that up when there only 1 singular customer at the whole store… this is literally the worst Taco Bell in the area.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell 3 times. First time I waited in line 40 minutes. Past two times I never even made it to the menu and had to leave. The most recent time, I saw 3 people total receive their orders in 25 minutes of sitting in the drive through. I saw people inside who were there before I pulled up and still there waiting when I decided to leave. Please reach out if y’all need a new manager or actual effort-giving employees.

Ordered via doordash and we were second in line for the drive thru so didn’t think it would be a problem to pick up at the window. 30 minutes later… we finally got our ice cold food.
At the speaker they said they were “in the middle of a shift change.” I have never heard of this excuse for poor, slow service. Instead of suggesting we pull around and pick up our food inside, they insisted it would only be a minute. It was at least another 10 to 15 minutes by the time we got to the window.
We noted that our food was likely very cold but they just told us to come inside for pick up next time, no offer to remake our food, no solutions at all.
My friend recently got food poisoning from this location as well. Management seriously needs to step in and make improvements, we will never be back.

I got food poisoning from this Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken quesadilla from this location and developed food poisoning shortly afterward. Symptoms included vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea that lasted approximately 24 hours. I’m sharing this so food handling and preparation can be reviewed to help prevent this from happening again.

Someone needs to change the way this “fast” food restaurant works. The line is forever long, they leave you waiting to order and tell you not to pull up until they tell you too. It’s a nightmare.

This location the service is absolutely terrible. My wife goes in and places an order at the kiosk, and she started asking the staff where her order was when she saw the person's order after she had already left. The whole order takes more than an hour. If you dine in a restaurant, I believe for that long the food is already being served on the table. You are fast food, not fine dining, but you let the customer wait that long and give excuses that you are really short staff, but your staff actually is not busy working which I saw they just walked out talking on their phone and smoked. Ask them.

This is a fast food place so keep that in context. Food is typical and good for a Taco Bell. Service was friendly. My issue is the management doesn’t have this place staffed properly. At 4:30pm on a Friday evening and only two people working!!! Waited in drive through over 30 minutes. The owner needs to take responsibility or lose the Franchise. I don’t know how they stay in business with such slow turn around. If no line then go for it but if a line at drive through go somewhere else.

Just came through 15mins ago and had the best burritos I’ve ever eaten there. 2 years I’ve been going to Taco Bell and it’s always at par or slightly subpar to the proportions , the way it’s rolled or the temp at which I get it.
But today I was surprised with a burrito this morning to start my day being rolled perfectly , proportions of meat cheese and sauce being the exact amount need and the temperature was perfect, absolutely no complaints. It was so good I went back to the store to find who made it to thank them for my morning! Moe is who made them and he deserves every bit of recognition!!

The works are all ways getting the food wrong. It's a lot money to get food and some people don't get took. It's the resits taco bell I gone. Im guy that all puts polo. I use work taco bell when I was kid It's gotten wrost survise ever. I thank god their putt stuff in the food.

Tuesday 1/21/25 at 4 pm I ordered a stacker inside the store and it was delivered with dirt like black burnt oil that was scraped off the grill all over the stacker. I only noticed it down the road as I had left. The person who laid it on the counter was very un enthusiastic as he barely said “stacker” and turned his back. I had to make sure it was my order. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell

Another visit 12/2/25 7:30 pm. Sat 6 cars back on the drive through for 25 minutes. Only one car moved up about 10 mins into that wait. 4 others behind me left before I decided to get food somewhere else. Drove around to find no cars past the order window and a couple employees laying against the wall inside.
