All the posts on here about wrong orders, slow service etc....I can tell you this is not an employee problem, it is simply poor management. They are hiring based on lowest wages so what you get is poor workers.

The customers were not being waited on at the registers and when I asked where my drinks were,I was stared at by the employee before she said "yes, that order has a drink" when I asked how to get it she said "I have to get it" then stared at me some more.

Would give negative 5 stars if possible. This is the absolute slowest Taco Bell! The DMV on a packed day is faster than this. I have sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins before…multiple times!! I am currently sitting in the drive thru writing this (that’s how much time I have) I don’t know what the problem is here but you guys are stuck in SLOW MOTION.

This place is the slowest Taco Bell I know. They hold you in the drive through line at the order kiosk intentionally to make the pickup time at the windows faster. They will easily have 10+ cars in line waiting to order, but no one in the pickup line that has already placed an order. I understand they can get busy around the lunch and dinner rush, but it should not take me 30+ minutes to get the through the drive thru.

Worst experience ever at this location!Walked inside to order and headed toward the counter where an employee was standing. As I approached, he said, "Oh, we don't do orders here you go over there." He pointed to the little kiosk.I walked there and he continued to stand there and watch me put in my order. I asked about adding beef to an item and he said that it won't do that and went to find the manager. He came back and said you can't add it. He then told me to just finish your order and pay for it.So, I did and went back to the counter and asked about how we're going to add beef to the item. He just stood there doing nothing. The manager seeing him stand there told another employee to help him.Now we have 2 employees standing at a register when two elderly people walk in and up to the counter. They both tell them they don't take orders to go to the kiosk. The lady said she would need help and they stood there watching.Enter the manager as these two are confused on how to add beef to an item on the order that I was told to go ahead and pay for... she said that she would ring up adding beef to the item and I could pay again.When I asked why, she said that the kiosk can't add it that and I should have made the order and sent it to the front counter where they could add the beef and ring me up.Which leads me to the most obvious question... WHY NOT TAKE MY ORDER FROM THE START???Absolutely ridiculous!

the customer service and food was awful! i had a mobile order so i told him that in the drive thru then he had me wait 5 minutes at the speaker and never told me to pull forward so eventually i did anyway (no one was even at the window so he had me sitting there for no reason) and when i get to the window he's taking someone else's order so i wait another 5 minutes and then he gives me a melted freeze like literally half of it was liquid and not frozen at allll. i asked if he could pour me another one and he said no unless i wanted a different flavor. i said i want the same flavor and just to pour it again and he said "well it is going to look the same if i pour the same one you know?" that was so belittling and rude so i drove away with the melted freeze. once i tasted it, it didn't even taste like a baja blast freeze at allll like the flavors were so off. also i ordered cinnamon twists and they literally just gave me the cinnamon dust so i couldn't even eat those because it was just crumbs. willlll never go there again!

They didn't have any help. Only 1 employee was trying to do it all. He was doing a great job, but he really either needed help or shut down until help could get there. It was not fair for customers yelling at this boy, when he was the only one that even showed up. By the way the food was wonderful and made excellent, not threw together like you would expect.
