We placed an order inside. It took about 20 min to get our food. We watched the food sit long before it was bagged. Then only a portion of the food was bagged and we had to point to the rest sitting there. Got home and we were missing our drink and other portions lof the order

Such a great hidden place! Food was super fresh (got a house salad) and chicken was hot and delicious! We love how this Zaxby's uses actual pictures and items from Seymour! Such a great place! 5 ⭐'s from us!

I ordered online I get to drive thru window some lady was high I comes to the window after asking my name at the speaker then asked me again when I get to the window I finally get my food and it's not like I ordered for tenders to be dipped in sauce wimpy sauce, they were not dipped. I did not receive any ranch sauce. I did not receive any Zax sauce then gave me a very stale and awkward look when I asked if there was any Zach's or ranch sauce in the bag overall very bad service

I did an online order and they had me pull forward at the window for 30 minutes after I ordered. An employee named Jacob told me to pull even more forward and threaten to call the cops if I didn’t pull forward. They served multiple people while I was waiting on my small orders. The same employee vaped each time he brought food out.

The worst service in Seymour restaurants. Forgot my fries,last time I got a 20 piece zax box. Today I got 20 raw chicken tenders that I waited on for 30 minutes. Seems like your workers are there for a good time. They are not interested in customers. I'm cooking my chicken tenders in an air fryer because raw chicken never seems to work out.

I’ve had two bad experiences in the course of the past few months, so I will not be back. The first was several months ago the drive thru worker did not give me my card back, so I had to drive back around and ask for it when I realized. He handed it to me but failed to tell me he used it to charge someone else’s $40+ order on top of mine. So I had to drive back around a SECOND time when I noticed that part, and have the manager refund the money for the order that’s wasn’t mine.
Today, I paid at the window and pulled up to the white line like they asked and waited for my order. Well about 10 minutes pass and like 6 cars behind me get theirs and pull away. I had to pull back around to the window after I realized they weren’t going to come out. “Oh I’m sorry, he’s new, he told me he walked it out.” He sure didn’t. Had to get my money refunded today too.
