Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve had two bad experiences in the course of the past few months, so I will not be back. The first was several months ago the drive thru worker did not give me my card back, so I had to drive back around and ask for it when I realized. He handed it to me but failed to tell me he used it to charge someone else’s $40+ order on top of mine. So I had to drive back around a SECOND time when I noticed that part, and have the manager refund the money for the order that’s wasn’t mine.
Today, I paid at the window and pulled up to the white line like they asked and waited for my order. Well about 10 minutes pass and like 6 cars behind me get theirs and pull away. I had to pull back around to the window after I realized they weren’t going to come out. “Oh I’m sorry, he’s new, he told me he walked it out.” He sure didn’t. Had to get my money refunded today too.

This zaxbys location has horrible management. I was there 2 times this last week 4 days apart. The soap dispenser in the mens bathroom was broken 4 days ago and is still broken 4 days later. The coke machine was out of almost everything last time and same thing this time. I brought it to their attention to a shrug. They don't care to fix anything here. Who knows what else is broken that can't be seen. The owner needs to step in and fix this location.

Service was ok. Employee didn’t know answer to question. But got a manager. Wasn’t that hard…. Food took a while. Typical in Zax.

Stopped by to get my son some chicken fingers and was very impressed with the attentivness , professionalism, and outstanding service we recieved from Pam. Thankyou for being so kind and offering top notch service!

Had a horrible experience with an order ahead. Cole slaw was covering the entire order and we didn’t even order Cole Slaw. Called the store and spoke with Pam who apologized profusely and offered to replace the entire meal the next time we came through.

Went in and Peyton not only honored this but then went back and personally made the order.

This store has been struggling for a long time but now that they have these amazing ladies there I have no doubt it’s going to change for the better!!

The place is actually pretty nice for a quick snack but most of the people who work here are usually on a smoke break or not doing anything in the kitchen because their getting teenagers to do almost all of the work and I'm here with my grandfather and teenagers were back their cussing and yelling but besides the younger employees it's pretty nice.

Great people food was fresh

I'm not a big fan of Zaxbys chicken but we do look forward to the Asian Zensation Zalad season. However, very disappointed with this season.

The Wonton strips were stale ( had an odor and no crunch).

Both Zalads had the requested added cheese topping (although stingy portion, had to hunt for it), unfortunately, both had cucumber when one Zalad had added topping was cucumber and the other requested Zalad topping was fried onions.

Some lettuce had leaf blight 😭

Ordered a boneless wings meal. Fries don't have any seasoning. And the kid at the window gave me a sprite that looked like muddy water. Kinda wild to me I will definitely go to knoxville for zaxbys from here on out

I absolutely love the grilled chicken sandwich! It's same quality no matter what state your in....I've had t h em in 4 states now.

Stopped by and picked up 3 salads and some other items. Drove the 15 minutes home only to find out we had no dressings for the salads. I called the store and explained the situation and was told we could come back and get the dressings if we would like to but there was nothing else they would do or offer. Not the way to do business Zaxby's! With the price of gas these days, 45 minutes of my time to go back, and the inconvenience of not eating while all of the other food is warm, I don't think it would have been too far out of the way to offer an added value for your mistake.

This location always tells you around 8:30pm at night they are out of boneless wings and that traditional is gonna take 20 minutes. People don't want to work past 8pm. Wings are small and food quality isn't the same as it use to be.

Slow drity and not friendly. Wings were small dry, nothing but crust had one out of 5 that was maybe the right size. Tenders had one right size and two pieces of crust. French fries were cold and not seasoned and toast was cold and tuff
