My family cannot eat here anymore. At some point, they stopped cooking their fries all the way and they are not edible. They are constantly overrun with customers and even if you’re the only one in the drive thru, you have to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. The employees smoke weed in the back near the drive thru and over an hour before closing, they turn their lights off in the drive thru so people think they’re closed. It’s gotten so bad. Just don’t do it.

First time I ever been to Zaxby's and I was definitely impressed. Everyone was very professional, and friendly. They seemed to work well together as a team. The customer service was outstanding! I ordered a Big Zax Snak, My chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, juicy and hot, my fries hot, and the toast was not soggy. The overall appearance of this location was clean. The restrooms were clean and well stocked.

If you really want chicken, go back down to chick-fil-a down the road or on up to KFC or Bojangles. Order was given wrong and for second time here the drinks were not in proper working order. While standing at the counter for at least 5-10 minutes and all the employees behind the counter looked at myself and my kids multiple times without asking what we needed. Location was not that busy, only one other customer in dining room and couple cars in drive thru. If you can not have better customer relations than to ignore someone standing at the counter and trying to avoid any eye contact, you are most definitely in wrong profession!!! This is pointed to the manager that was on duty Monday 11/10/2025 at 4pm. Do better, no wonder there is such bad talk around our community for service.
