The young lady that was ringing me up was trying her best to figure out how to do it. And the manager just kept yelling at her from the kitchen. And then after I got my order she told the young lady that she rang it up wrong because one chicken is more expensive than the other kind of chicken and on my receipt it says it's the same price. If that's how your managers treat your employees you need new management

Very rarely do I have a good experience at this location. There are generally very long wait times, which is understandable when you're told, not when you just sit and wonder. The food is usually fresh, but sometimes the fries are cold and not fully seasoned. Personally if my kids didn't love the food so much I wouldn't go back to this location based purely off wait times.

we had to wait for our food, which is typical at a zaxby's..gave it 2 stars only for the reason there was an employee in the parking lot loudly complaining to another employee about how the night crew did not clean the night before..there was mold in something when she came in..having worked in the food industry for several years it takes longer than one night for mold to develop..so why complain, just clean it and speak to a manager about it..also do not order their chocolate chip cookies..they were overbaked and old
Just had a delicious lunch at this location. My husband got the wings and things and was full of flavor and freshness. I had the chicken Philly which was the best I’ve ever had! It being my favorite meal for the fall I was super impressed. This location is my favorite Zaxby’s and I can’t wait to come back.

This was terrible experience, if I could give a negative rating I would. They missed 7 of our meals, threw food at our bus, and their coleslaw is watery. Overall the worst experience Ive ever had, will not be returning

They are always friendly considering it's fresh. I came at 5 until closing and they still fixed our order for me unlike most fast food places and say fryers shutdown. Not this group, they are on their game ????

Nothing like the Zaxby’s where I live. Employee didn’t seem happy to be there, fries were not good, the Cobb salad was missing bacon and fried onions, and the coke had a funny taste.

Management, please intervene. Your employees are strugglin. We waited a half hour on food tonight. Watched two cars leave and one lady go in hoppin mad. Zero apologies from staff when we finally did get our food. If you're going to be open until 10, be open until 10. If not, just close at 9. Employees are doing closing activities early instead of getting food out. We came Wednesday night 9/27 @9.
