We decided to go for a motorcycle ride on a crisp March day (40°) and ended up in Shady Valley @ Raceway restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and served a great breakfast. What more can I say"...../will definitely return. Also enjoyed 100+ miles on Hwy 58..
Food is delicious. I have eaten there many times. Hamburger, salads, shrimp, fish platter is wonderful. Karen makes her own deserts. Not found anything I didn't like. Owner and staff are great.
I can't believe I have waited this long to review this unbelievable hidden gem. We are "foodies" who live in Knoxville, TN. We love all kinds of food, and especially home cooking. Our family have eaten here countless times and usually multiple times while in Shady Valley. it is SO economical. You can have a full breakfast of pancakes (I definitely recommend), eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy for the amount you would pay for just pancakes at other restaurants....
