Raceway Restaurant (Owned an operated by the former Shady Valley Grand Marshal and the incredibly kind Karen Eller) is one of the finest diners in the state. Food is prepared with care and is of excellent quality. The service is incredible with a very welcoming atmosphere and true southern hospitality.PS. Try the Chicken Philly with BBQ sauce on the side. (They'll know what you're talking about) ?
We decided to go for a motorcycle ride on a crisp March day (40°) and ended up in Shady Valley @ Raceway restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and served a great breakfast. What more can I say"...../will definitely return. Also enjoyed 100+ miles on Hwy 58..
