Alfonso's Mexican Restaurant

Normally I would totally give 5 star review specially since this was my favorite place to eat.. but after this last time I feel like something should be said. Don't get me wrong I'm in here 3x or more a week because I love there food.. but this time the server was rude. Like she was very rude. And then after she took our order she went around the corner to the other servers and talked bad about us to them. Then our food didn't even teaste right. I think I'm gonna have to find a new place to eat at.. we have brought so many people to eat there all the time and boost about it. But this time just ruined it.

Very cramped. Food wasn't bad, but wasn't spectacular either.

My family had an amazing experience eating here at Alfonso's. Our waitress, Marta, was the sweetest waitress we've ever had serving us. She would come frequently and offer us more drinks and salsa without us needing to ask and she wasn't in any rush. She would talk to us without a hurry and was very understanding. The food was also really good and in large portions, so you'll never leave without a full stomach. I would recommend this restaurant very much!

Placed an order for my family. Waited 40 minutes past the pickup time with zero explanation. Get my food after saying it's okay I would just like a refund. Get home and my food looked like trash. I will never go to this place again

Good food. 😋 Very attentive service.

Food served cold & dry with no flavor. Service was terrible. Servers would bumb into you and other servers. Cashier was rude & overcharged my wife & I, then treated us rudely when we asked her about it. Taco Bell has tastier food & better service. I called to speak with a manager & the cashier who answered said there was no one available. We will not return.

Service was great. Food was excellent. The Alfonso's fajitas were really good. My wife really enjoyed the steak, and the burrito California was exactly what I wanted. A giant burrito covered in queso! The refried beans were very delicious and the queso dip was very good.

The food was decent. They do have better cheese dip than anywhere else. The waitress was kind.

Today I ate the best vegetable soup and the best veggie burtito I have ever had in my whole life( a long time now).The service was quick and personell pleasant and friendly.
You won't go wrong by eating here!!

I always go to Alfonso's for my Mexican food I love their food I love their service always satisfied
