After having to come back around to the drive thru window to ask for my Arby's sauce woman handed me a tiny plastic cup. With a discusting look for extra customer service. So I asked I purchased three sandwiches once a double what are we supposed to do all three of us dip our sandwiches in this one cup of Arby's sauce and I was told yes. I speak to the manager she told me she was the manager which confused me since she didn't know the menu when I was ordering and there was nobody in the parking lot and no one in the Drive-Thru I had still been told to wait before I ordered. So she told me she was the manager and I said well I don't understand how this works this ain't right y'all are crazy if you think we're all three sticking his sandwiches in this little bitty cup of sauce. She shut the window in my face after handing me a second then another woman come to the drive-thru and handed me a third cup I thought she would might have been a manager and I went to say that it was ridiculous they thought customers were supposed to do that and she said nothing to me and shut the window out of my face. The food was horrid I could taste the water but the roast beef sits in that was on my sandwich every time I've been into it all I tasted was nasty Stillwater so I couldn't even eat my sandwich it was cold on top of the box that was served wasn't hot the only thing that was hot was the child's slider it would have burned my hand if you touched it I'm pretty sure they just microwaved it I will not go back to Arby's no wonder if they have no business anymore

After a old and cold Popeyes fries in our $25 order (2 three-peice tender meals) we decided to try Arby's as the one in Manchester ALWAYS has fresh food. Steaming hot potato cakes made to order..EVERYTIME.
So, we pulled into Arby's. I ordered 1 large potato cake and 1 order of tenders (2piece). Lady asked me if I was sure I didn't want a meal deal. Alright, I assumed I would be cheaper. Sometimes fast food is cheaper whej you get the meal..... $11 combo! I declined. The lady kinda fussed about it. I explained I just spent $25 at Popeyes and wanted something decent.
She said the cakes where fresh... LIES! Maybe if fresh is warmed in the last hour. Almost Luke warm in the center. The tenders? Lordy please. Never again. They resembled dried dog matter at best. Guess if we want Arby's, we will just drive 45 minutes to Manchester. Can't win them all.

When my husband and I arrived we had to wait a few minutes because there were only 2 people working. One sweet lady was managing the counter, drive through and all the online orders! (The kid making the sandwiches did great keeping up).I just want to say she ROCKED IT! I know she was stressed with all the rushing around but she was an exemplary example of kindness and staying cool under pressure! Well done!

If I could zero stars I would. I am not sure who was working today but I won’t be back. I sat in your drive thru for 10 minutes after opening time nobody ever came to the speaker to assist me and the doors were still locked. That’s a bit ridiculous. I completely understand a few minutes behind but 10-15 minutes over I’m not understanding anymore. Do better.

As far as food goes, you pretty much know what you're getting, like it or don't get it lol. Service is always really polite, but often feels understaffed.
Was only one in line, ordered one classic sandwich and a shake. I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich, then with nobody still behind me they asked me to pull forward and wait 5 more minutes. Disappointed...

The sliders were very very small then they use to be.not worth over 2dollars a piece.not returning there again.people very rude to in window.
