I ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fries and an 8 piece chicken fries. I got my 12 piece mozzarella but got an 8 piece chicken nugget and when I told the young man that wasn't what I ordered he said yes it was and bye. Also while I was waiting a girl on the chicken side was cussing saying the f word. I work in fast food as a general manager and I would never allow this to happen to a customer. I just took my order and left. I didn't even eat the nuggets I just threw them away. Never have i had such rude customer service.

I went through the drive through about 9pm tonight. I watched this older man (who was supposed to be bagging food) with glasses walk to the front register to, I can only assume, tell his coworker to look at me in the drive through, and the girl behind him did as well. I thought it was over until I watched him walk to another girl and she also turned to look at me through the drive through window. I was already embarrassed coming out late at night wearing a bonnet, and now triple embarrassed bc this guy had to make a spectacle of a single mom just trying to get food for her baby.. I'm super disappointed and upset and will probably NEVER come back there.. I know this may seem stupid to some, but it's really stupid for someone to treat someone like that when they don't even know them..

this girl on the speaker had the worst attitude i’ve ever heard in my life. also had a bad attitude at the window. the menu screen also completely went out while ordering and she was very impatient and rushing us to finish our order. do not recommend. this is the first bad experience i’ve had here though

Ordered two whopper meals one with cheese and no ketchup, and one with extra pickles no cheese. When we got home to eat the one whopper with cheese and no ketchup was just a whopper with cheese, meat and buns, there was no lettuce tomato onion or mayo on it. The whopper with extra pickles had one extra pickle. Very disappointing. We also ordered the spicy strawberry sprite that was a disgusting. The cayenne pepper was overpowering and all you could taste, you could not taste the strawberry or sprite

Burger King is the first place I work when I was growing up loved it.
Vegetarian options: I'm a vegetarian and I enjoyed the menu they provided.
Dietary restrictions: There dietary signs are up for the customers view.
Parking: There's plenty of room for parking and very clean parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They have kid's crowns sitting on every table for the kids reach.
Wheelchair accessibility: There wheelchair accessibility is convenient and spaced out for a a lot of room.
Absolute shame of an attempt of a burger king. 45 minutes of waiting with only 4 cars in line. They wouldn't even acknowledge me at the window. This burger king should be used as the perfect example for all other Burger Kings of what not to be. I for one won't be back at this place ever again.
