Vania is my favorite waitress of all time. Not only did she deliver my food, she delivered a great time. She is incredibly exuberant, blissful, and overall fabulous.
I have always really liked the customer service at Casa. It's one of the best restaurants in town. However the last time I went, they were not busy (maybe 5 tables seated inside) I had 2 in my party, asked to be seated outside, instead of the host walking me out to the outside area where I requested to sit. He hands me 2 menus and silverware and tells me to go find a table outside. I thought that was very rude and very disrespectful.
