Had a party of 15 waitress was excellent she made sure everyone one was comfortable she was on point!!! The host gg , was excellent she made sure everyone one was properly seated this chilliest 10/10 hands down!

We like this chilis. Which is big for me on a national chain. We sit at the bar on sat or sun and the daytime server is excellent. Her attitude is a joy. Their old timer burger is actually my favorite around (except Fried Tater Cafe in Rockvale). Their food is super salty, but If you sign up as a chili member (free) you get a free chips and salsa and dessert of your birthday and the place makes you happy.

The service was great! We sat at the bar and it was clean. Our server was very attentive. We went on a weekday and there were quite a few people there, but the atmosphere was still friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and the staff made us feel right at home.

My family and I went here for dinner tonight. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Our waiter never let our glasses get empty!
The food was also delicious and fresh. My husband had a burger and fries (the burger started with a Q but I can’t remember what it was called…but it had to be good since he ate half before I was able to get a picture!). My oldest son had ribs and he said the sauce was nice and thick. He didn’t care for the Mexican rice as it was a bit thick. My youngest got his Chili-favorite (loaded potato soup). I had chicken fingers with two sides of garlic mushrooms and everything tasted like I made it at home!
My only complaint is that the tables are a bit too close together so the women behind us kept hitting our chairs when they moved around.
We will be back!

Every other chilis has curbside except this one?! When people are handicapped & can't carry bags while using crutches this is a massive irritation. Will not be back

We had a party of 10 and our waitress was great. She interacted with us like she had known us her whole life...she even invited us back any Saturday or Sunday when she worked and she would love to wait on us again.
A bit disappointed. Usually when you go to a Mexican restaurant they have complimentary tortillas and salsa. They don't and at $11 each I'd rather go to the store.
Maybe it's just this location (Shelbyville) but when we went to the one on Kingston Pike in Knoxville they did serve it.
The service was kinda slow but she gut was nice. It was pretty empty with maybe 5 people here.
I ordered 4 chicken crispers with White Cheddar Mac and Cheese and fries with BBQ sauce and Honey Mustard sauce with a ranch sauce on the side. My husband ordered the Mushroom Suisse burger with fries. The food was abundant.
The Mac and Cheese was ok at first bite. It tasted good but it was too dry. I make Southern mac and cheese and it's moist. The fries were good. My husband liked his burger.
