A bit disappointed. Usually when you go to a Mexican restaurant they have complimentary tortillas and salsa. They don't and at $11 each I'd rather go to the store.
Maybe it's just this location (Shelbyville) but when we went to the one on Kingston Pike in Knoxville they did serve it.
The service was kinda slow but she gut was nice. It was pretty empty with maybe 5 people here.
I ordered 4 chicken crispers with White Cheddar Mac and Cheese and fries with BBQ sauce and Honey Mustard sauce with a ranch sauce on the side. My husband ordered the Mushroom Suisse burger with fries. The food was abundant.
The Mac and Cheese was ok at first bite. It tasted good but it was too dry. I make Southern mac and cheese and it's moist. The fries were good. My husband liked his burger.

The food was great! It was the service that was horrible. Ordered it at the Shelbyville location. When I was notified that my online to go order was complete, I went in to get it. There was another Customer already waiting at the counter. She said she had been waiting for a while. With how the restaurant was set up, we could see into the kitchen where the staff were and they could see us I could also see my name on my order in the back. I had several staff members make eye contact, but continued to ignore me. Then another customer walked in, so now there were three of us at the counter, and the staff continued to ignore us. FINALLY one of the staff members came to hand the first customer her order, then immediately tried to turn away and go back to the kitchen. The customer said, wait that the next customer needed to pick up her order. I said yes, the one there and pointed right at it. He then handed it to me without apologizing for anything. Paid $9.84 for tip on the app for a total of $69.83 for the order. Service deserved $0.00 tip. First time visiting this location, probably won’t be back.

Didn’t refill our drinks, kept walking right past the table without collecting our money to pay. Was just rude and our seats were covered in crumbs before we sat down. Overall just a horrible experience.
A very good experience on a busy Saturday. Mid-afternoon, we only had to wait about 5 minutes which was very quick for a packed house. Our server, Kara, did an excellent job. Our orders (Old Timer burgers) came fairly quickly and was impressive. Overall, we were very pleased. We will be back.

This Chili's location had some bad times years ago, but today it is consistent in every area. The dining room is under control, with fresh food at a reasonable timeframe and good service. The bartenders appear efficient, are very friendly, and have everything clean. The to go station is on top of things as well, even friendly to Door dashers. The restrooms stay clean and management is visible. And I've never been seated by an unfriendly or unprepared host(ess). No wonder they stay busier, longer, than many other restaurants.

Good food. We always love the ribs. As has happened before, their automated payment system didn’t work well. 3 for Me deals mixed up between members of our group of 8. I ended up paying for an extra salad just to complete the transaction.
The food was decent. My steak was over and my asparagus a little salty but I was pleased with the speed and the service. I will be back maybe just a bad day.
