We were in town visiting, and decided to chill,eat, drink a few.I am white/grey headed 50+ there with my "youngest kid" who had just ordered drinks, who is 24, and the waitress denied me to order a beer, because I didn't have my wallet/I.D. with me. My wife was there too. But then said "no big deal" yet the rest of time spent there while eating the waitress was very salty, and the manager stood on the other side of the glass beside where we were eating and glared at me the whole time I finished my meal.Will never go there again, and will pass on the way they acted to anybody I can. I didn't really care about the beer, but to act ugly to all of us after trying to order one was stupid.

The restaurant was struggling for staff. They had 3 people on the floor and the bar tender was tending the tables on our side. She was friendly and as attentive as she could be but was grossly overwhelmed. The food was fine but slow to come to the table. It will be a while before we try them again.

They away have a great burger but the last time the burger was greasy. Had to sit in the bar lounge because the other area was closed only had one waiter at 11:30 am.

Finally got a seat then 10min later got a drink order and the tea tasted like dirt ask for chips and sit there for 18min never got them so after a total time of 35min I had enough and just left really bad because they are under new owners and still just as screwed up as

They are now charging almost 5 more dollars then a year ago for worse quality. Steak burnt, quesdilla greasy and kids cheese quesdilla was burnt?? How do you burn a quesdilla. All for a low sum of 75$... for 3 adults and 1 kid.

It's been several years since I've been to chili's, and it hasn't changed much. Service is good, but the food is very mediocre for the price here.Oh and FYI don't get the shrimp, I don't know what deep freezer they dig their shrimp out of but it always taste of and freezer burnt.

Definitely a better experience than in the past. Food was delicious.
Normally this is a cool place but today was a very disrespectful experience the waitress over filled my drink spilt it all over my phone and the table and told me she'll get some napkins so I could clean it up first thing is I didn't make the mess you did and didn't even ask if she damaged my phone after she spilled liquid all over it I really wanted to give negative stars but it wouldn't let me the only way I will come back is if Tiffany is my waiter she always remains very respectful and humble but the waiter today I felt was very disrespectful and rude she felt the need to tell me what her fiancé dose wich was not important thevsad thing is I usually eat at this location at least twice a week for my lunch break at work
