This Dominos is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. I’m so thankful it’s here in Shelbyville. Their service was top notch tonight, but it always is every time I have been. The line for the drive through was wrapped around the building when I pulled in, but there were multiple workers outside coming around to each vehicle to get names of orders. They went in and got mine and immediately brought it out to me. Although they said they were an hour and half behind on orders due to the hustle and bustle of Super Bowl Sunday, I would have never known with the hustle, smiling faces and good attitudes. The food was good as always and fresh too. Thank you, Dominos of Shelbyville! I’m a forever customer!

Wisconsin 6 Cheese 🧀 😋 OMG!! This pizza is so yummy! You might say, "You can't go wrong with pizza now, can you?" WRONG!! It was so good. The crust was perfectly golden. Cheese distrusted evenly throughout the slices. My job provided us with lunch. Thank you for doing a fantastic job on our order. 👍🏾👍🏾

Forgot half of my order, called back to ask for the rest of my order and some ranch then they have the audacity to ask me to pay for the ranch after they forgot half of my order. To top it off the woman answering the phone seemed clueless to what i was telling her. Horrible service

Ordered two large two topping pizzas for pick up at a later time. I ordered one with extra cheese, there was barely any cheese at all. Both were room temp and hard. I could tell they were made way before the 2:15pm pick up time. The woman over the phone was rude and only wanted to offer me free pizza (if they're making it I'm guessing it would be the same poor quality). Take some pride in your work, Shelbyville Domino's. Come on now. The woman over the phone wanted to rattle off about the "guarantee" and the "quality". Then make it properly the first time. I didn't want free food or even an apology. Maybe acknowledge how poor the quality and service was and do better.
