Went in your establishment today 9/7 at 5 :30 pm. Upon walking into this empty Dunkin Donuts no customers at all There were 2 employees behind counter They never looked up they never said Hello or anything. My friend had a question about her drink and asked and was barely even answered To be quite honest I almost walked out from being treated like we did not belong there I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. We paid and left and decided we would not go back the atmosphere was ridiculous I have managed a restaurant I know this is not how customers need to be treated After taking a drink of my drink I QUICKLY realized the coffee was burnt so we turned around and went back I walked back thru door and once again I was treated like I wasn't even there and again no customers except for the car at drive thru...I finally just said this coffee is burnt I cannot drink it at that time there was a customer she waited on him and still did not acknowledge me being there There was a lady that came from back and fiddled around with coffee machine and FINALLY she handed me another drink and still the same it was burnt I told her to please fix me a Chai Tea and she never looked up never acknowledged me at all after about 10 minutes she fixed my drink and I left I have read your reviews hear and wished I had read them before I went from now on I will....Maybe they could try a little kindness and you might have some business in Shellbyville. Won't be back

I wish they would bring back lemon filled donuts lol but they are all delicious ?
Ordered with no ice there was ice in my drink also had a HAIR STUCK INDER MY LID usually my drink is always right and great idk what is going on today also waited behind a car for over five minutes who was just talking to the girl in the window
Placed order in app and immediately went to drive through. Staff was friendly and had my order ready in a snap. Thanks for providing excellent service.

Went to the Shelbyville location and told the green haired lady THREE times that I wanted coconut milk as my base in my Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher, she started making it with green tea, and I told her that I wanted coconut milk, then was told that they don't have coconut milk.....the smart thing to do was to tell me that when I was ordering, instead of taking my money first then telling me! Maybe train staff to actually listen to the customers order and if you don't have something don't sell it!

I've been a few times, each time i go, the workers are not friendly or focused on work. They gossip about anything and everything, including customers. My orders are consistently wrong, and the workers meet me with a foul attitude when i ask for what i paid for. This location is just trash.

At least here they make the coffee you ask for. The Dunkin Donuts down here in Huntsville Alabama doesn't make a good French Vanilla Hot Coffee.
