Firehouse Subs North Main Shelbyville

Great friendly staff especially the manager who just happens to be from New York, he was super nice and very polite. Great business that gives back to our community. My mom really enjoyed her very first trip to Firehouse.

I usually don’t have an issue. The food is always good but dude with the tattoos is a dick. lol To the point I’m actually laughing at the audacity. ? Bro if it’s that bad, just quit man.

Friendly dude took my order, got an italian sub. The entire sandwich tasted like they dunked it in a bucket of ice-cold water for 4 seconds before serving me. Bottom piece of bread was so soggy I had to throw it away. This was after only a 4 minute drive back to my place. Taking the bottom piece off didn't help, rest tasted like water too. No spice, no flavor. Ended up eating just the meat, which wasn't good either. $15 too.

Best sub sandwiches in Shelbyville. Highly recommend Firehouse Subs.

Good luck getting service. I gave up and left. Stood there for over 5 mins there were at least 8 employees. Didn't get acknowledged till I was leaving. I was the only customer in there. Don't waste your time

This place is really nice and the food is always bussing but I can’t get a dang pickle to save my life. I never get the complimentary pickle and certainly never get the EXTRA pickle that I ask for. I’ve even asked for a handful of extra pickles and got zero. From a pickle lover; this is a big fat fail. Please make them give me my pickles ?
