Terrible decision
Went there got a small sub and was the size of index finger kind of ridiculous
Horrible service and my order is never right. Ordered three sandwiches and only got two and had to go inside to tell them after waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru. After spending another 20 minutes waiting in the rest of my order they forgot the hero sauce to my fries and my large fry had at the most 5 fries inside the box. Way too expensive for the slow and rude service.

CHECK YOUR ORDER! I typically use DoorDash to order at Firehouses Subs. My last two orders have been wrong. Today I decided to order again. After placing my order, paying the fees, and tipping the driver; I called Firehouse to confirm the details of my single sub sandwich (the club). I couldn't believe my order was still wrong upon receiving it. Frustrated, I drove to Firehouse to make them aware of that a mistake had been made. The lady at the counter was polite and made the order for me again. Out of stupidity I left without checking, thinking they surely have it right this time. I returned home to see that the bacon was forgotten. This means they made my sandwich wrong twice in a matter of 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a polite staff that is completely incompetent, Firehouse is the place to go.

Good food, but not worth the hassle due to poor customer service. Been here 3 times, and all 3 times order has been wrong. Tonight I did not get dressing with my salad, even though drive thru guy said he put 2 in the bag. Food cost too much to constantly not get what you pay for. We will NOT be back.

When I first walked in and stood at the counter. One person towards the back and walked away to work on a sub no acknowledgement from her that someone was at the counter. A few minutes later another girl walked from the back of the store to take my order.

Great friendly staff especially the manager who just happens to be from New York, he was super nice and very polite. Great business that gives back to our community. My mom really enjoyed her very first trip to Firehouse.
