James…I always see him running around making sure everything is perfect when it’s handed to the customer. Has great customer service and a positive attitude he’s really sweet and does everything by the book he is my favorite person in the whole store I come every morning to see him because I know my food is gonna be cooked to perfection and I’m gonna have everything in my bag that I ordered and I’m gonna leave with a smile on my face. Good customer service, but the food is not edible. We had to throw it away. Burgers were dry, old, and no condiments. The quality of meat is questionable. Do better. The winter cranberry lime sprite was delicious though.

Daphne at the Shelbyville Tennessee Hardee’s very professional very polite very nice very helpful and a true example of what customer service should be like Even just stopping by getting breakfast I can tell she is a very hard worker and is one of the reasons why people look forward to coming to get breakfast at Hardee’s in the morning!!!!

Every time my order gets messed up or the order gets messed up with my husband goes in order we try to contact Hardee's and their phone is off no one is ever available to talk to. Most business phone's ring Hardee's does not.
The lady that stands around and watches everybody else work in the red shirt, takes your long order ($55.00 worth) off the computer as filled when it isn’t! Makes the Shelbyville TN place look so efficient but it’s far from it! All I needed to complete the order was a sausage egg cheese burrito! I confronted her on her way of doing business after waiting 11 minutes After she took my order off the screen. I said it sure makes your computer records look good but not your customer service!
