The best spot in Shelbyville to eat. Great food 24 hours a day!!!! Yall should try it!!!!! My favorite thing to eat is the Philly Steak sandwich. I also like the MVP breakfast, It is a great value. They have the friendliest servers too. The whole staff is awesome.

Shoutout to Dylan, the dishwasher at Huddle House! Even though he wasn’t serving tables, he noticed me waving for help and came right over to give me a refill without hesitation. That kind of kindness and teamwork says a lot about him he went above and beyond his job. Definitely appreciated

I can say Huddle House use to have the most friendly staff, but yesterday was the worst service that I have ever had there. I asked about a particular item that they use to have and I know it was there I was told they never had it and she has been there 31yrs and never saw it. Then I get home and my food is not correct but I was charged for the more expensive item. Called back and was told I ordered the wrong thing, I'm explaining to her what it says online and she proceeds to tell me that's not how it is in the system. Not sure if someone got up on the wrong side of the bed on yesterday, but next leave it at home or stay home with it! SO ARGUMENTITIVE!

Normally my wife and I have an excellent experience here. However, lately the food, atmosphere and service has paled in comparison. Our server was polite, but she didn't seem confident with the customer volume. The other staff members were very snarky, and seemingly, couldn't be bothered at all. The food was overcooked and cold, again, our server was nice. Although, Previously our experiences were very good. Now, that's not the case.

We usually visit during morning hours and the food and service are always excellent. Decided to visit around 6:45pm tonight. I would have given one star but Michael saved you. Shelby was our server. She took our food order but Michael seated us, took drink order, brought the drinks, and brought the food to our table, while the other two young ladies stood behind the counter talking (or on their phones?). After the food hit the table we never got a visit from any of them, drinks empty. After finishing our meal I needed my check but Shelby was nowhere to be found. I went to the register and asked for it. At this time I explained to Michael and the other girl that I did not appreciate the poor service. He asked if Shelby was our server. I replied that I didn’t remember her name. He pointed outside and asked if that was her and I replied “yes”. She was outside on her phone while we ate our dinner without drink refills and no check to our table. As we were getting into our car, Michael was outside talking to Shelby, so I decided to observe. She continued to text while never looking up at him. He spent about 2 minutes and went back inside. I also left her a descent tip because no one deserves to be stiffed no matter how bad the service is. If we decide to return I would hope this young lady has been given strict expectations to follow and doing the job she was hired to do.

These biscuits were not cooked enough for me, plus they do not work well with gravy.
Shelly is the worst waitress here. Haven't gotten water. My whole meal. Shelly needs to be fired. My family and I asked for Shelly for water and her excuse was I am busy. No you was not busy, there was several people that came in after my family did and Shelly brought them water. Huddle House is the worst place to eat. I have never been so disappointed in my life.

We took a vacation on a cruise on the way home we stopped in here Taylor was our waitress she was funny, Kind a lucky for us she had patients. The food was great , prices were affordable I want to thank you Taylor for making our vacation fun we will be back god bless you we loved you an huddle house
