This is the slowest KFC in history. If you use a third party delivery service for delivery, it will take a long time. The employees are absolutely unmotivated to prepare the food in a timely manner and are unkind to dashers. I am surprised it remains open and the owner/franchisee should be ashamed for negligent attitude towards this KFC.
I just waited 20 minutes after accepting a Door Dash order to deliver and they couldn't even tell me when it would be ready. I'll never accept a KFC order again.

Service was not good at this location, my family has ordered food around4:50 with order number 3900. Its almost 5:20, there is no food yet. Staff seems to be ok but the order delivery time was too long. Does this happen all the time here at this time? There are other customers also waiting for long times.
Do owners dont check their employees? Its really upseting.

I ordered the cherry bites and a pot pie, also the 3 piece chicken big meal. My husband picked it up we live all the way In Lynchburg when he got home there was no biscuit and I did not get the drum and two thighs like I asked for! Then I call up their to ask for some credit or something I was very upset but very polite and she was rude and hateful they will not get our business again and said that I was lieing about that! The costumer is always right! I did not lie. They will no longer receive our business I. Shelbyville we will drive to tullahoma first !!!!!! Do Not Eat at this KFC and while I was on the phone with the Manager she was yelling at another customer there! Also my husband proceeded to tel me when he got their to pick it up they didn’t even know what my order was at first terrible service and terrible Management!

Dropped by at 5:30 ( dinner time) to go through the drive through to pick up dinner for the family. I ordered a meal and had to pull over and wait, along with the three cars ahead of me. Fast food is definitely not fast. Seems they are not prepared for dinner rush…ever. Do better.

How do you ruin mashed potatoes??? This KFC did. The mashed potatoes were runny and very watery. We were also told to pull up and wait for our side order of fries. We waited for a long time. We were the only customers in the drive-through. The whole wait time, this KFC had no customers waiting. When the employee finally brought our order, she did apologize. However, she was also on her hands-free phone talking on a personal call. We could hear her conversation while approaching and leaving our vehicle after she delivered our food. This was very unprofessional. Let your personal conversation wait, serve your customer, proceed into building, then carry on. Poor service.

Worst KFC ever. Ordered #2 (3 piece) order came out and it was 2 piece. Asked to change to a 3 piece and pay difference she said $4.36 to add piece ala cart. 2 different managers said same thing. Canceled my order for refund. Then asked can I order 3 piece now? She rolled her eyes snatched my tray and walked away w out a word. As fate would have it I went next door to Arby's and got a meal big enough for myself and a homeless man to share for $7

I stopped at the KFC in Shelbyville TN and ordered a 4 piece tender meal, they asked if I wanted any sauce I said come back sauce. When they brought the meal meal they said here are your tenders do you want any sauce I said come back sauce, when you I got in my truck I looked in the bag no sauce I went back in and got it. When I got home I opened the box no tenders just a broken wing and a thigh.
Chicken bucket( 8pc) was 20.99, no biscuits, plates, and the chicken was ordered crispy, received and comprehended as A ORIGINAL CRISPY over oiled. The bucket lid loose and suspected to be swapped at GOODWILL AFTER LEAVING.
Parking: The doors hang, possibly may harm A HANDICAP. PARKING IS SUFFCIENT.

They had about 10cars waiting on the side all for them to come and ask us again what our order was, the food quality was terrible it makes me sad because majority of the time KFC is poppin.. However they really need some structure and Management. The younger people there were all over the place due to the older people having them run in and out to tell people that their orders were confused.. A friend of mine that use to be manager here has applied and applied due to retaliation they refuse to rehire him which is said he was an amazing Manager here and provided consistency and structure.

This place has gone down since I worked there. They don't even have half the business they used to. I tried to get the 8pc special but was told there were only thighs and wings ( back in my day we would have offered substitutions to make up for any shortage)the cashier had a bad attitude so I left!! Take the hint people your customers are not happy!!

I went back here and once again the service is absolutely awefull, I had a To go order and when my daughter went in they said oh we don't have it started and no chicken cooked it will be 20 minutes, I watched 4 customers walk out due to horrible service. Idk if you realize but there are 5 options for chicken on Nortmain st shelbyville Well I left and chose the newest one because there is another one just up the street that is just as bad
