I love their food, especially they're chicken sandwiches. But every time I order one there's little to no Mayo on it so I ordered a sandwich today and asked for extra Mayo and when I got home to eat my food there was Mayo everywhere and it was falling apart I could barely even eat it. The fries however were amazing I always love getting their fries and Mac n cheese

Had to wait 20 mins on a 2 piece dark: I went in the store to ask how much longer, no one else was in line in front of me or behind me, one guy just looked at me never came to the counter then finally the guy that helped at the drive thru came and said just a few more mins. Just close this place down since you can’t find decent workers

Went to the drive-through of this location over the weekend. Literally waited 15 minutes to get our food, only to find out that the employees did not provide the majority of what we paid for. We were missing two sides, and two chicken tenders. Considering the length of time we waited, I have no idea why the employees did not prepare more, Since it definitely takes less than 15 minutes to fry french fries and KFC chicken tenders. It feels like this location is committing fraud, and corporate along with the owner of this franchise are complacent. Taking money with no intention of providing the product, or at least notifying the customer they are unable to serve something you paid for, is fraud.The food that was provided was absolutely inedible, including the sodas, which were somehow warm, despite having ice in them. No receipt was provided, no apology for length of wait. And when we told the worker at the drive-through that we were missing items, he literally responded “I know“ so they were banking on us not noticing until after we drove off. It seems like this is a common problem at this location, which tells me the owner and corporate don’t care. I would discourage anyone from going to this location - it will be a waste of your money.

Went here today and waited nearly twenty minutes for two wraps and tender combo. When we finally got to the window we were given drinks that were out of syrup and half our order was missing. When I informed the employee that we were missing items he stated he knew and told the other employees food was missing and then stared at me. When I asked if we could get the missing items he looked confused and said "We're out I can drop more but it's gonna be awhile". We opted to select different side items and were provided old Mac n cheese instead if the items we had ordered and waited nearly twenty minutes for. To top everything off after we had left I went to eat my wrap and they didn't put chicken in it. They literally gave me a old tortilla with nothing but slaw in it. Will be filing a corporate complaint as well but don't even have a receipt to reference because they failed to provide one. So to wrap things up we were served drinks that we weren't able to drink due to being out or syrup, neither of us got the side we ordered / paid for and my wrap was missing the chicken so I received a tortilla with nothing but slaw.

They didn’t let us know that they ran out of gravy. So when we checked our order, the large side of gravy ($4.99) was missing. We went back in and had to wait an extra 20 mins for them to make some more and our food was getting cold. Had we not checked our order, we wouldn’t have known until we got back home. This is also not the first time they’ve gotten our order wrong. Bad service and dishonest, at least tell your customers. I would not recommend placing online orders for this location.Update: I pointed out the gravy doesn’t taste like KFC gravy, and my husband tells me that the worker bought gravy from the store as he’s seen the worker reading store bought gravy directions. So we just paid $4.99 for store bought gravy that we could have just bought ourselves for much cheaper.
