Was informed it would take 15-20 minutes to receive food. There wasn’t anyone in the drive thru or in the store eating! Rude and lazy! It take 4 minutes to drop fries and make 3 burgers! Sad…. Extremely dissatisfied!!

The owner did not pay his GM money he owe him. He made the store pay money out of his check that the district Mgr didn't tell the new procedures the employees steals n drop food on floor n serve to customers the food is held for hours. The morning cook spit in food I seen this for myself be careful wat u eat here. Got photos employees smoke meth n found weed n herion in the store rats n roaches got more photos soon

The lady working the drive-thru was very personable and friendly way more so than most fast food people these days so she should be recognized the food was hot and fresh great leather double burgers and freeze it would have been a five-star for the food however they put cheese on it when I specifically asked them not to. Pay more attention to your prep screen please

If I could give it a -0 stars I would. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed about my service. I stopped by 11/27/24 at 10:43pm, ticket #40162 I parked in the parking lot so I could eat & there was LONG blonde/brown hair in my food. I threw up instantly and was disgusted 🤢!!!! Whoever was in the kitchen definitely isn’t wearing a hair net. And I when I went back to the window to tell Tasha “the host” she said “okay” and just stared at me. No apology, no remake, or a refund. 👎🏽

I love Krystal's burgers they are usually perfect, however last time I went the bread was hard and I had to peel half of it off just to eat it. But I feel like maybe the bag of bread was left open because they don't usually top the burgers before they're ordered. At least that's how we did it at the one I worked at. But tbh that's my only complaint. They're like every other fast food in town when it comes to wait times.
