La Real Michoacana Ice Cream shop

I went here on 10/20/24 and the service was terrible. To start off, the two girls working did not know how to make a single thing I ordered. My chips were expired since 7/25/24 and my husband ordered a chicharron preparado but everything on it was expired the whole thing smelt horrendous however they still gave it to us like that. I do not recommend coming here, this is the worst experience I have ever had here.

Bad service on Friday 8/23/24 6:30 pm first I ordered an elote but then I asked them as a favor to prepare it for me like some tostielotes of course I was going to pay the difference and unfortunately they refused to do so that favor made me very angry ? I will not go again while those people are serving me. I have never had such terrible treatment as today.

Spotlessly clean, clean food area, tables, floors and bathroom! Beyond friendly service and amazing tasting ice cream! Angelica was very kind, attentive, and answered all my questions and provided samples!!! They also have aqua fresca, prepared chips, coffee frappe, tortas, etc. Will be back!

Best ice cream shop I have ever been too Angelica was super nice and sweet help us out as much as they could excellent options for kids. I can go on and on about this place the prepared chips and other stuff was good I’ve made this place a regular stop or lunch stop when I Can I’ve been a chef for 15 years this place blows my mind and taste buds absolutely love it. Unfriendly service made me feel unwelcomed There was a hair in one of the ice creams I told the girl working there and she completely ignored me I bought 4 ice creams from here They were good but I wish the had smaller options for little kids

Super cute little shop. The lady working was attentive and made us feel very welcome. This is my first time visiting and my kids loved it…. I’ll definitely be back!! Very reasonably priced compared to other shops I’ve visited.

We walked in on Tuesday around 6. The worker was busy setting up ice cream, so we patiently waited. I had questions and got the impression they were closing. I looked at the door and saw they close at 9. I went to the bathroom to give the worker more time to finish up. I came out clearly knowing what I wanted but fumbled around how it was pronounced. I asked for an "esquite" and the worker apparently thought I didn't know what I was talking about and pointed to some sprinkled ice cream. I just pointed to some chips with all the salsas. She ignored me when I asked what kind she had. The clips had some perfume flavor. I really wanted to support this new business, but I felt like I was in the way when there were no other customers around.

I don't know about anyone else but the tortas are delicious here! Same with the bionicos no idea what the other reviewer had but this is a really good place for deserts, fruit, and food! I'd come back!

Just tried the fruit cocktail they serve and it was damn good! It was my first time here so it made an impression on me! The right amount of lime and Chile was also good!
