Went through the drive thru and gave me the wrong order and had to pull up to the next window and wait but it wasn't long to get the right order line of course was around the building. Food was thrown in the bag but it was ok I guess

Yesterday I went to get food and they gave me unsweetened tea. So I went back for a sweet tea. I decided going inside might be faster but I was wrong. I stood at the counter for a minute and then used the restroom and came back to the counter. An employee left the restroom and went behind the counter and to the back. Never told anyone that there's a customer up front. So I waited. And then saw people walking around back there. No one acknowledged me. That's humiliating to be ignored like that when I know people saw me. So I went thru the drive thru anyways and ended up paying for a new drink even though they messed up my order. Another time a lady tried to make me take an order that wasn't mine. She kept insisting that it was my order even though I told her it wasn't. And another time I was completely ignored by the girl at the window. She couldn't be bothered and just shut the window in my face in the middle of me telling her thank you multiple times. I wanted to like this one because the other macdonalds is always out of something I want but honestly I'm going to stick with that one, because at least they don't ignore or make customers feel bad. Also the outside drive thru line will let 3 or 4 cars go ahead of the inner drive thru line. It happened to me and I was there first but it took forever for anyone to even take my order. Retrain your rude uncaring lazy ass staff.

I use my mobile app every time to order.im thankful that this location has opened, being it is closer to me, but here is always something missing. For the past 3 visits, I have had to run in and grab the missing item. Also, no one was at the front or keeping an eye on the front because I and another customer had to wait to be assisted for more than 5 min. They do not communicate very well and are very short, which makes the atmosphere less appealing to come in. I love that I can commute closer to this store than the other on Maddison st. . If this keeps happening. Sadly I will have to just start making the drive back up there :( really wish someone would actually check the bag before handing it out.

This is the worst Mcdonalds, they need new management. There fries are always cold and hash browns are always soggy and the milk shake machine is always down I don’t think they care to fix it. I waste time and money going here, don’t waste yours.

I came in, ordered a cup of coffee and sat at a booth up front by a window. The interior was clean and organized. The service was quick and efficient and the cashier was friendly. My "McCafe" was hot, fresh and exactly as I ordered it. The soft rock music was something I enjoyed but it might be a little much for some folks, with volume and style but you can not please everyone. The atmosphere is a little bland and Bedford County was in the height of house fly season and sitting at the table was no relief. There is plenty of space for wheelchair access if one needs. Ordered thru kiosk. No problems there. Almost every table was dirty. Not a single employee around until our food came up. Then employee disappeared. No napkins no ketchup. No one to help. Extremely disappointed. No wonder it has so many bad reviews.
