I recently visited this ice cream parlor, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The atmosphere wasn’t exactly inviting, and the staff seemed a bit distracted. The flavors were okay, but nothing really stood out. Overall, not the best experience – I was hoping for something more.

My family went to get ice cream end they got a bag of chacharin but one of them didn't wants chips he wants ice cream I ask if I can't switch the chicharrin for ice cream but the lady in there said know but the chicharrin was old it have smelled like old oil I tall her that but she didn't care my family have a really bad experience in there they left the chicharrin in there end they didn't apologize or nothing

My teens prefer their ice cream over Nash's. They are closer and way less expensive. I get the cucumber lime water. It's amazing!

Always clean, ice cream is worth the price, taste amazing, polite employees make everyone feel welcome, sizing and prices for ice cream are awesome.

Wonderful selection of really good ice creams. Lovely people. We took our grandkids there when the visited and they wanted to go back every evening. Can't recommend it enough.

They are the absolute sweetest. My children and I love them. I love their bionicos.

We go buy ice cream 3 times and yes it is very delicious but they should hire girls with good customer service, the women they have there are always in a bad mood and it seems that the more you ask them, the more they get upset. The other day they sold me a corn on the basis that Everything was raw and this time we went we asked for fruit and when I got home I realized it was spoiled. I really like the ice cream a lot but it is because of the attitude of your workers that the truth is that I prefer to go around Franklin so as not to see the bitter face they have. From what I saw with the Americans, if they have good service it will be because Do they leave you tips? But as I'm going to leave you a tip, if since you walked through the door you look like you're there by force, if you don't like to work, find someone who does like to work so that they can give you good attention!!
