We preordered a cake for a quinceniera and they completely forgot to make us the cake when we showed up to pick up the cake there was no cake. How does a bakery forget the orders they take?!?! Don't recommend relying on them for anything. Almost ruined the girls day. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ??
