During some miscommunication I ended up getting a stuffed crust. They had another hand tossed at my house in less than twenty minutes! Delicious, piping hot and the guy was really friendly!!

Had an order of wings from this location I was told that they are not able to attach a reorder to my address nor can they give me my money back that I would have to come get them today only which doesn't make any sense only because of the fact that there was a hair baked in or fried in the chicken wing

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! I came into town from Murfreesboro and my mom ordered a couple pizzas from this location and let me tell you it was by far the worst experience weâve ever had with a store ! Not only was the pizza burnt and my mom called and was so polite about it on the phone (and trust me she never ever complains) they offered no solution! We would have been happy if they just replaced it , it was not about the money . But they wouldnât refund or replace ! So my mother asked to speak to the manager and the lady claimed she was the manager but WAS NOT and then passed the phone to some other guy who also claimed to be the manager but said he cooked our food ? So I donât know how that works but he immediately started arguing with my mom about the pizza being burnt , yelling and going off about how we ainât getting our money back. My mom explained to him this is not about the money I donât care about that , but you could at least offer to replace it , itâs burnt and no one is going to eat it . This guy had the audacity to say well since you got so much money you wonât have a problem finding something else to eat for dinner tonight ! When I tell you I have never in my life heard a âmanagerâ speak to his customers like this . This man BURNED our food, REFUSED to refund or replace it, REFUSED to give us corporates number, REFUSED to listen to us or take the pizza back, and yelled and argued with her the whole time . THIS is what you call piss poor customer service and piss poor âmanagementâ . Dude is mad at the world because he makes pizza for a living and canât even make them right lol so since they didnât wanna replace our burnt food or refund our money I decided to place an order for 5 pizzas a 2 liter and an order of Oreo bites for pickup that I never picked up :) your welcome papa johns for wasting your time and money like you wasted mine :)

Buyer beware. The Shelbyville TN location will use Door Dash to deliver. Door Dash will drop your food off without knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. This happened to us and the animals got into our cheese bread. The store offered to bring new cheese bread in 45 minutes or I could pick it up tomorrow. They would not refund my money.

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff that work there Tuesday 10/10/23 I had a long day at work on top of that Had to see a love one at the hospital was an emergency short story it was a 40 min drive and there take out had ended but they still waited for me to get there and had my food nice and hot ( heat wise) imagine I was very hungry after a long day and they had a long day themselves but they still waited. That is what I call great service.??
