Horrible management & employees. Food is terrible as well. Plenty of other options out there

While I have no problem with the food I do have a problem with being asked for a tip twice. I ordered on the app, was asked if I wanted to tip 18%, and 2 other higher options I don’t remember the exact amount. I declined. I drove to Pizza Hut, walked in and the clerk told me to check the box on the terminal. It was asking me for a tip again! . I declined again. Walked out with my pizza. Drove home. I doubt I will ever use Pizza Hut again. No wonder so many are closing.

Would not fix my order I order a pizza with everything on it I did not look at it till I got home it was cheese only I call them they said it was my fault and would not fix the order and was very rude

The lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive. I spent $60+ on wings, dip should be included. Also it looked like one of our slices of pizza didn't fit the rest..pretty sure someone ate some of it.

I walked in nobody greeted me or said anything until I said hellooooo the the lady proceeded to have an attitude telling me I didn’t order a drink when I did which you could clearly see on the receipt!!! This place is a joke

The pizza was doughy seems like it was rushed the cheese didn’t meet to crust one slice was just sauce no cheese. Probley the worse pizza I have ever had. Not first time I received poor service from this Pizza Hut in Shelbyville TN. I don’t even bother calling them as I was cussed out by a manager last time after they called me to tell me they were out of pan pizza after I placed an online order. I called corporate and never heard back from that situation. Glad I can put reviews on here now.

My pizza was made wrong missing two of the extra toppings I paid for and nobody answered the phone or the customer service chat for 20 minutes still no answer so yes I’m complaining ?
This place robbed us. We ordered a pizza waited an hour, nothing came. We called and they said it just came out the oven and will be on its way. Waited ANOTHER hour…when we called back we got hung up on twice. Finally got thru to someone and she said they were closing, she also said she just got in and will have to look into it. How can you just arrive to work when you’re “about to close”. We basically threw our money in the trash. They did nothing to resolve the issue or refund the money. Do not order here.

Pizza hut should let it be known that they use door dash for delivery. The driver kept messaging me saying my address was hard to find. Everytime I tried to call back it immediately went to voicemail. I even tried to send a text message. So I called pizza hut and explained that I never received my order they told me to try calling and message the driver. And to give it a few minutes I did so I called back and was told to contact door dash as far as a refund. I called door dash who told me that it would be on pizza hut to give me a refund. Needless to say I didn't get my refund or food

Pizza Hut does not honor their comps so if they screw up they're not going to take care of you. It's time to kick Pizza Hut out of shelbyville. It is always been my favorite pizza. But they suck here in Shelbyville

Called and waited for 10 minutes to place an order. When they answered the young man hung up. I called again and when i finally got through, the same young man acted as if it was above him to even take the order. Was very impatient. He didn’t offer me and special, just asked What do you want to order. When I asked what the special were, he seemed aggravated I would even ask. Once I started ordering my pizzas he was very rude. We love Pizza Hut but I strongly suggest ordering somewhere else. This place doesn’t want customers.
