They don't close until 10pm but refuses to make food except what they have left. I have worked fast food many times before and you don't close the kitchen down until 10 minutes before close. They're lazy food was hella dry and they have poor customer service and poor attitudes. They definitely need to fire and hire the employees with some new ones. They definitely need to understand denying orders because you're too lazy to make it will cost the store money. Do not go here you'll be very disappointed ☹️ but chic fil a is taking care of us now ??♀️ your loss not mine.

I ordered 12 wings with sweet and spicy sauce. When I got home they were signature Hot sauce. When I called and told them she told me if I brought them back, they would make them sweet and spicy. I explained to her that I lived 12 miles away. She offered no other resolution.

Horrible customer service they got the order wrong , we went thru drive thru had to go back inside the guy refused to belive he left out a side I walked out my bf goes inside with bag after guy telling me he bagged it himself finally sees he left out a side the food is over price to be greassy always cold and order always worng so happy when my kid is out of thos craving for here the shelbville store sucks and the brown headed lady Manger was rude not helpful at all understand everyone has bad days but it's always here

Dude, refused to give me the food for my delivery job til I moved my car. I'm vary pregnant and was just trying to be in and out because the order is supposed to be grab and go. When I return the orders weren't done and nobody even spoke to me. They were doing all of the drive thru orders before anything else and the wait was extremely long. They were disrespectful because I was a delivery driver and literally was to busy walking around to even be making the orders.
Food was not my cup of tea. The service was very polite and fast. I'm a picky eater though.

I came through the first time and asked for 2 #4’s and 2 strawberry biscuits but instead got 2 #3’s. I came back and they took the bags back and put all the food back that we had already nitpicked at and ate off of. then they made us wait 10 for biscuits we ended up not even receiving. just shut down the whole building.
